In my opinion, I would describe it as "less expensive" than RH retail shops, but far from a good deal. On top of that, many of the items appear to have some damage and/or wear. The ones that didn't look damaged looked like they were there for the other obvious reason - dull, lacking in style or aesthetics and nobody wanted it. If you live nearby, maybe worth a look. I would not go out of my way to visit this outlet. I can't really comment on the quality of their service and staff since nobody greeted me or said a word the entire time I was there. They were set to be delivered in about a week, but after a few days at home doing some head scratching and more measuring we decided to axe the table and go with another we initially thought wouldn't fit. We worked with Santos who was very patient and helpful in changing our order (at no cost...there IS a 14 day return policy). Items were delivered and installed today in about 45 minutes. Just need the chairs to get here in a couple weeks and we're good to go. That is, until I go back and plunk down some green for that living room chair I spent a lot of time in whilst the wife worked with Santos. Maybe I'm just a sucker for Scandinavian furniture but I really love this store.
