Barbie is a great stylist and colorist. Has gone over the top every time I have gone to the salon. What happened to the customer service and professionalism in that salon? You are ignored when you arrive and have to say something to the man and his child that is running barefoot through the salon? Shoes 3 pairs are all over reception area. He never announced we were there. Instead Barbie had to come out to get us. Paying the bill was simply outrageous you are ignored, you have to speak up and no thank you. read more

Cute salon with great service. Jensen did my cut and color and both came out amazing. She was patient and understanding of what I wanted and expected. My hair felt soft and healthy when I left even tho it was double processed. Salon is clean and well kept as well. Easy parking in rear lot and centrally located. I'm very disappointed. I thought new ownership would make a difference but their nail and spa department has gone to crap. I've gone here for over ten years but after getting a voicemail this afternoon that they wouldn't be able to come through with my appointment in 6 days, the day before my wedding, I've decided I've had enough of this wishy washy business. AWFUL!! The first time I went, I was somewhat pleased with my haircut. After giving it a second try, I now agree with the other poor reviews that I've read. First off, my hair was shampooed without my hair being completely wet. I know this because I could feel the girl shampooing my hair was struggling to get her fingers through my dry hair. Next, my hair wasn't properly towel dried and because I wasn't given a towel, I had to hold my hair on top of my head to keep it from dripping onto my shirt and down my back. The salon does not keep client records because my hair dresser did not recognize me as a returning customer, nor remember my last haircut. I ended up not getting the style I had asked for. I felt rushed and the cut was sloppy. The icing on the cake was not having my hair completely dried or styled. I will never return, nor will I recommend. read more

I won a gift certificate, signed by the manager of this salon, at an auction for a charity. When I tried to make an appointment, they didn't accept the gift certificate. This is disrespectful to the charity and fraudulent overall. This salon can't be trusted. read more

I followed my hairstylist Tina to Salon Divine. This place is so much nicer than the one she was previously at. It's much bigger, more comfortable and better parking. The minute I walked thru the doors everyone was so friendly and they couldn't do enough for me. Tina, as usual, is always great. I love the way she colors, cuts and styles my hair. I had a bad experience at nearby salon when I went for my hair and make-up trial. I was desperate and called Salon Divine...they were able to fit both myself and my sister for our trials! Paola did my make up and Nancy did my up-do! They were stunning! Jen did my sister's make up and Sharon did her blow-out...again, stunning! Everyone at the salon was so friendly and excited for me! I am displeased with this place for many reasons. I have been a loyal customer of my hairdresser for many, many years and, unfortunately, she is now working at this place. The front desk staff are maybe mannequins? I'm not sure. The area of this so called "Salon" where the hairdressing takes place is filthy! Upon my last visit when I was in need of a 'smock' to wear rather than the sweater I had on, I walked to a closet where upon when opened displayed what can only be called a dark, dirty hole in the wall where various smocks were hung up on perhaps only nails! The walls were unfinished, just layers of brick or cinder block and various exposed pipes for perhaps water, gas, etc. A customer should never have to see that sort of thing! After being handed my 'smock', I was pointed to the restroom in order to place it upon myself. I was appalled! This room was maybe, at best, 8' x 3.5' and it was filthy, stuffy and smelled as a result of both its size and lack of exhaust fan. Meanwhile, I managed to sit in the chair and allow my friend to cut my hair. She did a her work and when she was done, she, as per usual, allowed me to fool around with my own hair, as I prefer to do, rather than some big stupid blow dry routine. Just as she was about to waltz out for her smoke I stopped her and asked her for brushes and styling products. She said, just use what's there! She left me with brushes and styling products that were caked with other peoples hair and just as she was exiting, I said, hey, there's hair all over this stuff, to which she replied: "Yeah, but it's clean hair" ~~ WHAT?! And, then, I had to pay $50 for this experience! NEVER AGAIN! I love my hairdresser ... but, come on?, really? read more
