We paid to have them do the brakes front and back 10 months ago, today my son was driving and of the brake calibers literally fell off because it was never tightened down correctly to begin with destroying the inside of his rim. I told him to call them since they are right down the street and maybe they would do the right thing and stop by and see if they can get it fixed, considering we have giving them thousands in repairs and modifications and he was told sure but we're gonna charge you all over again, so even though they didn't do the job right the first time they actually have the stones to ask for more money. I was told that my oil was very dark, and they advised me to get an oil/motor flush if I intended to keep my car for any length of time, and that it had to be done before changing the oil, I told them to take care of it. It cost an additional $135 for this service.... Later that evening, something did not sit well with me this due to the fact that no mechanic had ever suggested this service for any vehicle that I ever previously owned. I checked the Internet and found that every authority on Google, YouTube, and Reddit, advised that this was NOT a necessary service for my vehicle. It also mentioned that on older car (mine is a 2015) that any deposit on seals could be removed with the cleaners used possibly creating leaks... My mistake was that I did not call my mechanic of 35 plus years at home, when they advised me to get the additional work done. When I called him this morning he told me that this was "snake oil", that service centers try to add this on to charge you for an additional service. I went back today and talked to Jacob, at Service masters, and told him that I felt that I was taking advantage of. He said that they feel that it is an added service that benefits your car and that they " stand behind their products and will continue to recommend them"... I learned a available lesson, to check on all add on service work before you have them done at a service center that you've never used before...

Recently I have been overcharged for services and now I fear being ripped-off. An example is a battery replacement on my 2019 Mercedes. The battery costs about $250.00 and I was billed $580.00. I complained and was told that the battery had to be programed. How do you program a battery? Another example is an oil change and air filter replacement where I was billed $480.00. The Mercedes dealer would have been cheaper. I am hoping the problem will be recognized and dealt with. WP has good mechanics and a great owner so I am hoping this can be fixed.

Why the elusive 5 stars? Let me paint you a picture…read more Had a funky rattle from my Tacoma. Figured that heading directly to the dealership would be the best move from a diagnostic point of view because hey, they made the thing. Wrong. After two hours 'they' said my cat converter was shot (and the source of the rattle), debris in the muffler was a casual contributing factor and for a cool $1500 they'd swap in a certified Toyota cat. No thanks. Gave Debbie an e-mail and was quoted $260 out the door for a new cat. That's more like it. But wait, the funky rattle didn't stop even after swapping out the converter. I brought it to Debbie's attention who promptly had me come back in to have another look. One of their mechanics (Don) spent 15 seconds under the truck so I could reproduce the rattle, said 'That's your muffler', and said they had another aftermarket muffler in stock ready to go. I OK'd the recommendation, had a seat and after being impressed with the amount of sparks coming from the undercarriage of my 235k mile truck and 30 minutes later, was back in the driver seat with a freshly installed Flowmaster muffler. I'm still not sure why, but the cost of the muffler swap was zero. Parting words were 'We appreciate you and just keep bringing us your business' but they have known that for two years now that they are my go to. Beyond thankful and beyond impressed. Thank you Debbie, Keith and Don for keeping me and countless other motorists rolling.

My car was pulling hard to the right, so I thought it needed an alignment. They inspected it and told me it didn't need one at all. Instead, they found a different issue (I can't remember exactly what it was), and the repair ended up costing much less than an alignment. They could have easily told me they performed an alignment and charged me more, but they didn't. They chose the honest route, and that says a lot about their integrity. I've since scheduled another appointment because my A/C is blowing almost nothing but warm air--which is definitely not doable in Florida! I'm grateful to have found my go-to shop for anything related to my car. It's such a relief to know I can trust them to be fair, honest, and not recommend repairs I don't actually need.

They had the car for 3 days and said the transmission was so messed up that they couldn't work on it. They charged me the diagnostic fee and then told me they needed me to get the car due to lack of spaces in the lot. I had another mechanic look at it because I knew the transmission was fine before it started running bad. He told me to get a new set of spark plugs and changed 2 of the ignition coils for $200. The car has been running perfectly ever since, no transmission issues at all.

I was skeptical after what I had been told by the previous garage and less than 2 hours later when I got a call, I thought for sure it was him telling me there was a delay.
