    They gave me higher quotes than any other Honda dealership to get replacement keys would not recommend

    They over charged me like nobodys business and stole cds from my car while it was being serviced. Would not recommend.

Went here over the weekend and the woman who went with us on a couple of test drives, although just okay (she didn't show me ANYTHING on the cars at all...got the feeling she wasn't as knowledgeable), was not the one who was actually doing the sale. Once the test drives were done, she passed us to Mark who was incredibly pushy. I told him numerous times that I was only there to test drive and was willing to hear out ROUGH numbers only, but he kept insisting that I give all of my information to them to get accurate numbers and the best deal. I'm not at that stage yet, and he didn't listen to me once when I mentioned that. After telling us to "hold on" multiple times, he then brings over his incredibly eccentric and sleazy supervisor (maybe?), who also couldn't take "no" or "I'm only here for test drives" as an answer. On top of that, I'm the one buying the vehicle, yet they both kept looking over at and directing "questions" to the guy who was with me. It was very misogynistic, and it got to the point where I was feeling harassed because they didn't like the word "no", no matter how I said it or how many times I said it. They could give me the best deal out of any dealership in town and I still wouldn't go with them. Incredibly unprofessional and I honestly don't know what kinds of slimy fees they'd tack on without me knowing. These dealerships have gone downhill so much since I purchased a car from Kia back in 2012 or so. BE WARNED!

I called the dealership and was connected to Christian who made it a point to get me to the right people with the right information so they can help me. He even gave me his personal cell number. I almost NEVER leave…read morereviews. and certainly never with a place I've never actually conducted business with in the first place.. 1) Filled out lead form on Cargurus 3 days ago. no one gets back to me. 2) so I filled out the website lead form 2 days ago. no one calls me back or even emails me. 3) try the AI chat and text options on the site. just automated repsonses that don't ever really respond. 4) call the sales floor number mulitple times throughout the day over last two days. phone just discounnets after maybe 4 rings. literally ignoring any possible way of a person TRYING TO BUY A CAR. WTF? is this place even real?

I confirmed the exact time and day I'd arrive and made it clear I was coming from far, so I wanted my time respected. I asked if the car had any damage, and he said no. When I got there, the car wasn't even on site it was at another dealership, and I had to wait over an hour for it to arrive. Once it did, I saw damage on the rear and side mirrors. I was disappointed but still willing to move forward. Candido then had me speak with multiple people, and my partner and I were asked to wait by someone else. Even though we arrived early, before it got busy, Candido didn't even acknowledge us at all. We sat at his desk for nearly an hour with no communication while he walked in and out. Other customers were also left waiting. After nearly three hours since we got there, we left. This was the worst dealership experience I've had, and I won't be returning. Such a waste of my time. Before having these "sales events" they have to make sure they actually prepare with sales people for people who actually want to buy cars!!! Wouldn't recommend this place. They sell damaged/dirty cars plus they have the worst sales people.

On 4/27/26 around 11AM, I received a call from the service department stating my policy covered everything except for a $2.15 tire disposal fee. They said they would receive tire on 4/29/26. Received call around 3PM on 4/29/26, was told that they were putting on new tire and instructed me to come pick it up after work. Upon arriving at the dealership, service rep told me that they weren't able to get in touch with the tire warranty company and that they could not "release the car to me." I was then told to "file the claim myself and to pay the $350 or they would keep my car. The warranty instructions are clear: Take your vehicle to any dealership or state-licensed repair facility. Have the repair facility verify coverage and obtain a repair authorization number from Zurich before any repair is made by calling 1-800-491-5117. Submit invoice/repair order to Zurich verifying the authorized repair has been completed. Pay deductible, if applicable, and any non-covered expenses. Zurich pays the repair facility directly. So they did a bait and switch to extort money from me. Had I have known this would be the outcome, I would have taken it to another VW dealership.

Last time I was here, they couldn't figure out that the issue with the car was a spark plug... they held the car for over 2 weeks, didn't fix it and made me pay $2,500 Took it to a different mechanic and they figured it out. This time I had several issues with the car and asked for a diagnosis. Seems like there are several things that need to be fixed... fine but then they quoted me $7,500 which was more than I bought the car for... so I said no, how much to just take it home. Jim said $750... then later calls my wife and says he misquoted me and it would be $1,500... So I go to pick up the car and they forgot to give me back the whole key. When I tried to call someone about this, service sent me to voicemail several times and then said to try coming by tomorrow morning, because people are off work at 5pm, I called them at 4:25pm... . Update 2/11/23 Showed up to see if they can find my key. James said "check the center console, we may have put it in there..." checked and nope... checked the possible spots, nothing... they have my key and I want it back. I was told if they can't find it they will cut me another one. I get better responses in person. They were able to make a replacement key from my other key. It only took a few hours out of my Saturday morning. I don't like to dis on local businesses, but don't treat me in a way where I have to warn other customers. Buyers beware! Leaving 2 stars, but should really only be one.
