This was the easiest merchandise transaction I have EVER had for my tennis business. I needed several hundred stickers made and sent Jon an email yesterday with details of the size, color, and quantity I need, and asked for a quote. He replied roughly 40 mins later with a competitive dollar amount. We spoke over the phone at 920a this morning. Immediately after, I sent him the high res digital files I needed stickers of. Three hours later, I received an email from Jon saying my order was ready for pick up. WHAT?! So awesome. :) I paid by debit card and before I signed and hit "okay" or whatever it was on the screen to finalize the payment, I noticed the dollar amount was half of what I was quoted. I pointed it out to him because I truly believe Jon did a great job of quickly executing the task, and deserved to be paid what I was quoted over the phone. By the way, if any of you have ever had a crap experience getting quotes, submitting files, getting a proof, etc.... just skip that entire headache because the process is simple. First of all let me start off by saying I WAS SO EXCITED about doing business with JON and his company because my real estate partner RAVED....about him and his company, but EVERY company got a BACK STORY and its NOT always GOOD! He turned around a sample to me quickly and was very responsive throughout the process. He kindly wrapped it while we waited and spent over an hour of his time patiently and tediously applying the wrap.
