We finally pulled the trigger on our new 2025 UMBL in May of this year. We had the dealership do several upgrades and they quickly fixed an issue with the air conditioner we had after our first trip. I bought a battery at another Autozone but it wasn't working properly so I took it here and they swapped it out for me. Some chains don't honor purchases from sister stores but Autozone does. Autozone will test your battery and alternator and starter. They'll install batteries for you. You can loan out useful tools instead of buying them and get a check engine light code read. I recommend this particular store as well as the other area stores. I've been to them all and they are all superb.

Instead of having an answer of where to get the info he needed, he said he "thought" I could find it somewhere under the hood. He was snarky during the interaction. Autozone as a whole lost my business. I'll drive down the block to Advanced Auto where I can give the exact same info and where I'll get friendly help and guidance.
