Well, at about 3 in the afternoon he called to inform me that it was fixed and ready for pickup. Now, I saw quotes for the high $600's to near $900...my bill was $450! This is just my most recent example of what Supreme Auto has meant to me over the 35 or so years I have been a customer. Isn't that what everyone wants from an auto repair service and mechanic? Quality work, no surprises, fair prices, and above all, peace of mind I would say. Well, Larry and his team at Supreme have it in spades!! Their website home page says: "We take great pride in providing you with the best customer service around. We are honest, dependable and friendly. Our customers are our #1 priority and [we] strive to make each and every customer happy!". That is not just some sound-good, feel-good motto. That is what Larry and his team more than live up to...each and every day! He will make sure that you understand exactly what needs to be done to get you back on the road and running without doing other nice, but not necessary work just to create revenue. A hard-working, honest, old-school, and genuine person who knows his stuff. Go there...you will not be disappointed. Note: I noticed a 1-star reviewer said: "Disrespectful and incompetent. Unable to fix very basic issues." Not having any possible understanding of what the circumstances were with that review(er), I can only say that it stands completely opposed to what I and almost all others have experienced. My sense is that there may have been more to it than what was in the review.

I needed my rear bumper replaced after a another driver hit my car. I brought it to Olenders…read morebecause some people highly recommended them. The work was completed on my bumper and it looked okay. When I got home. I walked around my car and checked everything out. That is when I noticed there was paint residue on my new back tires and the lip of my rear alloy rim was bent. I know it was damaged by someone at Olenders because I had just checked my tire pressure the day before, and my rim was fine. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Olenders. You could bring your vehicle in to have one thing fixed, and end up leaving with something else damaged. Now I have to pay extra to have my alloy rim fixed or replaced.

The issues were numerous and required a wide range of expertise to address. Just a few examples include the engine, which had seized, the upholstery, which had been completely destroyed by mice, the convertible top, which needed replacement, and the gas tank, which had rotted out. Enfield Auto Restoration is nearby and conveniently located for me. They were, therefore, an obvious first choice when searching for a restoration shop. I initially met with Ray, the owner, to discuss my car and get a tour. I was very impressed and actually amazed at some of the work they were doing. It was a complete shop that included separate areas for for such things as upholstery, paint, metal fabrication, and wood. One of the first things that they worked on was the gas tank, which on my car is on the exterior. They were able to cut out the bad area and weld in new metal that they had shaped to the original curved contour. In the end, it was a perfect job. My car remained there for the rest of the winter while they addressed the other issues, typically moving around in various sections of the shop. My MG is now back on the road and I'm very happy with the results, especially after all the years it spent in my garage. With regard to the billing, the bills typically came once a month by mail. Each bill included an itemized list of parts and materials, work performed, man hours and labor cost. In some cases, they also included photographs of the work. The billed hours always seemed reasonable for the work preformed. I also know that they keep careful track of the time spent on the job. Each technician clocks in and out on a computer when working on a particular car. I would recommend Enfield Auto Restoration. This is a friendly and honest shop. It is owned and operated by real car people. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention Rick, the shop manager. On more than one occasion, Rick exceeded my expectations when it came to customer service. Thanks Rick!

I came across what looked like wet paint underneath so I checked with my hand and it was a greasy feel. I brought it up to Pete the sales guy & he said it was an undercoating protection seal. Besides that the truck looked new. Fast forward to March of 2022 and the truck is rotted all over including underneath. That exp as to why they sprayed. When I think about bringing my vehicle to any repair facility, I usually expect my wallet to be thoroughly cleaned. The Auto Authority has busted this expectation for me. The shop is spotless and organized. Paul, the manager, was personable, respectful, and understanding. They took the time to go over every item with me. I never felt rushed or pressured in anyway. Bosco's was tremendously helpful after my sister suffered a collision while stopped at a traffic…read morelight. The insurance company wanted to settle her claim at 1/2 the replacement value of her van and would "total" the van! It only had a slight dent to the rear right corner and busted tail light! After quite a go around with the insurance carrier we, with help from the staff at Bosco's were able to secure complete repair without a penalizing "salvage" title and the van looks great! I would highly recommend Bosco's for all you auto-body and repair work
