It said in house consultations and quotes, which is exactly what they provided. They came to our place and brought bags of frame and matte samples for us to peruse. Stephanie was courteous, and listened attentively as we explained the aesthetics of what we wanted, and as we had 9 different pieces ranging in size from 4"x6" to 4'x3', we really needed a selection to chose from. Our initial consultation took about an hour and 20 minutes, and she documented everything as we went along. About 3 or 4 days later, we received a quote for the job from her husband Justin, and when I asked for detailed quotes for each piece, he sent over the whole lot though email. He explained everything well, and answered all of my questions reasonably. Stephanie came back to our place about 10 days later, picked up all of the art, we paid her a deposit of half the total price, and she gave me a receipt. One week later, the art came home, it looked great, bar a small smudge on something that was easily removed, and we happily paid the remainder of the bill. As a husband and wife team who receive help from their family and friends, they provide great service at reasonable prices.
