The facility is always fresh and clean. I love the nurses. The security guy is a waste of human resources

Doctor Stewart was who we saw this evening and she was amazing! Gave us a full evaluation and gave us good remedies. Was happy with the results. In and out within an hour in a half despite all the children there. Really good to see the level of care dedicated to pediatrics. Will definitely come back to this location. One thing to note - they do not open until 11am. That is the only downfall!

They told me at the front desk that there were 16 patients ahead of me and that every kid in there has a fever. My sense of urgency for MY CHILD was not their sense of urgency!! I left immediately to take my child elsewhere. They were so unprofessional!!!!!! They asked me if I could sign out so I wouldn't be charged! No I can not! My son is SICK! I will never return to this urgent care ever again! I will always do what's best for my child. Be mindful before you take your child here!

It is so frustrating to come outside ESP in the cold when you are sick and deal with people. The receptionist with pink hair and my PA Lindsey were so kind and helpful. And Lindsey did not judge me even though I CLEARLY should have been done an allergy test a long time ago lol. I got checked out and got a referral to an allergy clinic. This location is clean, my wait wasn't long and I'm just grateful to have had such a positive experience while I'm here feeling like shit. THANK YOU URGENT CARE!!! I hope you all have an amazing day. P.S. whoever trains this location needs to train them all

The front desk person is so rude and nasty - she should not be working here. Imagine being sick and trying to make an appointment or ask questions in person only to be greeted by a nasty woman. By the time you get to the back with the doctor, you not only physically don't feel well but emotionally and mentally you don't feel well because of dealing with front desk. If you don't like dealing with customers or people then find a new job. Someone needs to clean house starting with Kay. This clinic needs to be demolished.

I needed to get a physician's assessment and TB test for my aunt with Alzheimer's as part of the…read moreregulatory requirements for getting her into assisted living. By chance, she had her annual wellness visit coming up, so I thought getting those small things done as part of the visit would be quick and easy. It was not. Despite being scheduled to see her GP, we ended up seeing a different doctor, who was reluctant to do the assessment. She eventually agreed, but would not give the paperwork to us without a power of attorney, despite the fact that my aunt was right there. She also ordered a TB test, although apparently they couldn't draw her blood or do any of her vaccines in her office for reasons. I offered to run home and get it, but she insisted that I needed to make another appointment, but did allow that I didn't need to bring my aunt back. I really needed the form, so I agreed and made an appointment in the earliest available slot, the following week. I returned as scheduled, PoA in hand, only to be told that now they couldn't give me the paperwork because my aunt wasn't present. After much arguing, they finally agreed that if I could get my aunt onto a video call they would do a tele-health appointment and restart the process from the beginning. After an hour of waiting on call with my aunt, the doctor finally showed up and we got the assessment. Shortly after this, the results for the TB test I'd taken her to the lab to get started came through. I immediately called the doctor's office and asked them to send the results to the assisted living facility. They agreed to do so. By the beginning of the next week, they had not done it. The facility called and asked for their information to see if they would have any more luck getting the paperwork from the office. They did not. At that point it had been nearly two weeks since I started the process, and the doctor's office was still stalling us at every point. I'd kept the original copy of the assessment, so all I needed was the TB test result. I decided to get it myself. Unfortunately, Emory had somehow managed to get a phone number none of us recognized as the two factor authentication on her MyChart, and even with my aunt asking personally they would not give us access. After a couple of hours of frustration, I decided it would be faster to go down to the doctor's office and request a copy in person. I was wrong. I showed up, in person, with a medical PoA and advanced directive, with mom, my aunt's emergency contact, in tow, and requested the test results. They would not give them to us. I called my aunt, and she talked to them personally. They would not give us the test results. I have never seen anything like this, a medical practitioner refusing to hand over test results despite requests from literally every single person with any kind of interest or legal standing to ask, including the patient. At this point, my mom was literally crying in their office because they would not let us get my aunt into a safer living environment. They did not care. We obviously knew she didn't have TB, because we weren't in quarantine telling CDC doctor's who we'd seen in the last week. But they wouldn't actually tell us that. Eventually, after an insane amount of time, they gave us a literally worthless, unsigned letter saying she didn't have TB, but they wouldn't give us the test results. I finally gave up and went home, and after a couple more hours of headaches managed to get into MyChart and download the results. I understand that medicine can be litigious, but there comes a point where legal protections compromise patient care. Emory Family Medicine is far past that point. I think it's fair to say that they no longer practice medicine in any meaningful form, and are now just a legal mitigation strategy firm. The level of care and concern they showed for my aunt was non-existent. They delayed a meaningful improvement in my aunt's circumstances for a ridiculous length of time for no reason except to cover their own asses. They should be ashamed to claim to be healers.

5 star service from the medical staff. The front desk need training in simple manners.read more
