They are flexible as far as who we hired to do the catering and bar service. They have a freight elevator and a wagon to help transport items. I appreciated having the option of clean up services for an additional fee. I also used their dishes and they are beautiful. The cost for this venue is extremely affordable for such a classy place. The climb down is good but man back up lol you will feel the burn. They have restrooms onsite indoor and then they have a bathroom in the mansion basement. Toilets flush loud don't be alarmed. At the bottom of the trail when you cross the street, there was a porta potty. Map as well. Parking is expensive: weekend Saturday it was roughly $24 for all day! There are benches and picnic tables towards the view! Staff are very nice! Gift shop as well with snacks, plants, jewelry, postcards, and all sorts of items.
