One star due to customer service. Today I came in and was told it would be a 15 min wait. No problem. I watched everyone that was already in the lobby go inside. I then watched two people that came in after me register as a new customer and a few other people check in go inside before me. I went to the check in to say I had to go how much longer would I be waiting to be told it would be a 15 min wait. She was not nice at alI. I had already waited past 15 min still no problem. I did have a problem with watching people that came in well after me go inside before me. The person doing check in today does not smile isnt nice and shouldn't be the first person to welcome customers. read more

I had a very good experience in the store but bought a vape pen that had no directions and there were none given upon purchase. When I got home, I charged it and it still didn't work. So, I charged it overnight. Still didn't work I called today and was told I have to press the button 5 times and charging it overnight kills the battery. Great. Although it was only $15, I'm not happy and they definitely need to let people know how to use things and not assume they already know. It would have been nice to have been offered a credit or something. Many vape pens are different and I did press the button 3 times, but who knew it had to be 5. I would have given this spot a 5 star rating but for this unhappy experience. Please work on your customer service! Update - I changed my review because Mercy Wellness got right back to me and offered me the opportunity to come in and speak with the manager to receive a new pen. I'm not sure I will drive all the way there, but to make this offer totally satisfies me and I am now complimenting them on their excellent customer service and great storefront. I used to really like Mercy but now almost everything has changed. Where once the flower was good, there is no longer the quantity or quality they had previously. I brought my brother over and he weighs what he buys. I was unbelievably embarrassed when he let me know every single can was short ! Where once all the employees were there to see you through, as if their most important job was helping you manage your illness. They were knowledgable and kind. Now, many of the employees seem to have an us against you mentality. Many are not kind, they are not helpful, they are stressed and act you are an annoyance in their busy day. Mostly, though, I am distressed about the way they left their medical clients in the dust. We got them going, we kept them in business and now we better be healthy enough to even consider a visit to Mercy. It's packed, hot, everybody stands in one long line, no thought to medical issues whatsoever. What about when you suffer tremendously standing that long or simply can not stand that long ? What about when you're light headed and feeling you could pass out ? What about when it's hard for you to breath Not one single kindness, extended to those with real medical issues. It seems they expanded the store to give us all more room to stand in line. The compassion has left this business. When I spoke to to a long term employee about the problem, he very kindly said any of the security guards would give me their seat. Of course, then I would have to start over again in line. I'll be there because my husband buys his cartridges there. Truthfully, tho, it's really not worth it anymore. : ( read more

Ive been a smoker since 1980 but this was my first experience at a store. I had a lot of specific questions about cartridges; which ones were natural flavored and which had extraneous terps added. I got an eye roll from the "bud tender" . She was unhelpful with my questions about their cbd products as well. The flower products which you cant see before you buy , looked brown and dried out in the cases. Its obvious that this is a money making venture only . I saw no mercy dispensed just attitude.The lack of caring from the bud tenders and the old demo bud on the shelf are enough to not only not return but ill let my friends know as well. I had 4 choices for topical pain relief, but he said any of them would work fine. I randomly picked 2 of them, and one was very expensive. But has too much THC for me.
