This place seems extremely well stocked with a huge variety of products for smoking and eating (I say "seems" because I have limited experience with dispensaries.) My first impression of this place, the prices for flower and wax is through the roof. 35$ for an 1/8 and a 10$ gram my total was near 60$ after tax. I left and felt as if I got nothing which was a bummer. The people up front are great but the bud tenders are kind of weird. I mentioned to my cashier that my dog was in my car and she told me to lie to the people up front and told me to - "Just bring in your dog anyway and say they're an emotional support animal. 10/14/16 10/15/16 I go mercy to pick up my medicine ask ARMANDO for the strain that I would like get home and it's the wrong one !!!! I go back in today to see what we can do to make it right. The lady who helped me told me there's a hash mars og as well as the ice wax rosin. Which ARMANDO FAILED to ask which one we would like the hash or the wax. If you "run the place" you should know your inventory. We ended up PAYING THE DIFFERENCE when it was HIS wrong doing . I understand it's a business ..loosing money sucks. But this sucked a little more.. very inconvenient to drive to mercy twice when I live over 20 minutes away . Besides this incident I have had no problems friendly staff and environment and a good variety of wax to choose from. read more

Mercy is the only dispensary I've ever been to and used but I must say even when they are crazy packed with people the employees still keep a calm cool head and are good about checking in with people and working on cutting the line down as quick as possible, not a huge fan of the new name system as it is lot harder to hear ur name get called over a crowd of people talking in a tiny room , but for such a small place they really make it work. . I wish they had a little bit more of a higher quality bud but I always manage to find something that's appealing to the eye ND swoop it up. Never been disappointed from mercy. read more

This place is good, decent vendors and decent staff. So far I'm not unhappy with any of my experiences here, things seem to have changed vendor wise since medical dispensaries went recreational, stuff is dried and cured differently. Don't know if it's commercial growing practices, vendor licensing, new laws, or all of the above, liked medical cannabis more. read more

I used to love Mercy! Unfortunately, the quality of their customer service has drastically deteriorated in a matter of months. The "Packed & Ready" line always moves slower than the "Walk-In" line (that's inside/outside the building), there's always more cashiers on the "Walk-In" side so those who are "Packed & Ready or Paid & Ready" are left waiting. The 3 line system would've been great if they consistently had enough cashiers to service them. Their rewards program no longer allows you to track your points and asking staff to check gets you some dirty looks/poor customer service. Delivery is ok if you want to wait 4 hours, but if you can wait for Comcast, I guess you can wait for Mercy. All in all, I don't know what's going on with Mercy lately, their newest batch of new hires are very slow and I would avoid this place unless you have a lot of time and patience. read more

I used to really like this place when it first opened. I've been a long time customer. Literally from the start. Their customer service has gone way down hill. You used to go in there and see the same faces now I feel like it's new stuff every time I walk in and it's none stop mistakes. Totally understandable in growing pains. But when you can't keep your staff happy it's bleeds down to the customer service. This past time I've decided to become a Flora Terra only customer. They keep the same staff that doesn't nod out at the counter while taking your order. Or have you repeat it several times cause they are to loaded to remember your order. the lay-out is confusing because the bud is on one side and the register is on the other, i dont know the green well enough to know all the names so when i tried to get a gram of CHERRY AK (bud guy asks which AK) i cant even see the damn names from the register so i had to go back and look then back over to the register.. Anyways no one came to help me as I was looking around (deer in the headlights). I told the guy at the register it was my first time n wanted to go over how things worked there no one asked to help while I stood there like a deer in the headlights. . Mercy was the first dispensary I went to after getting my card, I have been back many times since and always have a great experience. LOVE the design and look of the store, security guys are super friendly and the budtenders are always nice. I tend to stock up so I try lots of different strains, love the tangerine gummies and the rice krispie treats are a lot of bang for your buck! YIKES (in a good way) !! Went in for some medical. Selection was pretty nitty gritty and the product (sealed in a can. can't see can't smell can't anything) was garbage. When I called and requested an exchange I was told that I was burnt. You get what you get. Well this is what that looks like. Smells old It's dry and brittle. Full of loose stems. 100% disrespected for my disability by staff, as safety/child locks are hard to open this one seem to be broken as both rings were spinning. I went and ask the security guard if it was broken, because I am unable to open it at all because I have a disability that does not allow me to grip with my right hand. All he wanted was is for me to pay more for a different product, he didn't even offer to check others of the same product to see if it was that product or if I had gotten a defective container. All I could say was he wanted to understand what I was looking for, however he would never let me finish my sentence. The manager was helpful, and said she would talk to him, and let me know he was leaving soon. If marijuana can be used for health reasons then they should Mark if a product is hard to open for people with disabilities in the hands. Their employees should also respect people with questions and disabilities , and not get upset with them for asking questions. Maybe with a medical company your employees should do better. read more

The employees here are awful. The minute I walked up they were sending off an unhappy customer with vulgar name calling and laughs. I should've turned around and left then. I wanted my weed lol. So I wait in their long line for my pre online order.. no big deal. But then I get to the cashier and he can't find my order anywhere, I'm standing around uncomfortably while he figured it out. I had a question about coming in for my husband with his medical card and ID because he is unable, and he was seriously dumbfounded... there was no friendly greeting or farewell from anyone here .. clearly these people stay busy and make their money either way so customer service doesn't seem to be something they bother themselves with. Weed is freaking weed, every dispensary up and down the 101 have these same strains, same prices.. I know what I want ahead of time and I know that I'm over paying.. I just visited this place today and now compelled to write a review. This is NOT my norm. I don't normally do reviews. Just walking in, I immediately encountered a GREAT space (clean and open) with a mellow vibe and welcoming A/C! I'm from the Bay Area where it isn't always so inviting. Employees seemed happy to be there and the training lady was quite pleasant and informational. I registered and entered the main area. The space was even larger and signs helped you understand the process. There was a huge variety of flowers and such AND prices were doable which was appreciated. I can't wait to return. read more
