What a wonderful first experience! Thank you Mercy for making my first trip in very unforgettable! I let the front counter know this was my first time in and she help me sign in. How the process works is once you're checked in, you can go inside the actual store. (which right now is small but they have plans to expand!) Here you can look around until your name is called. You're then greeted by a very helpful staff that wants to help you in your search. Today I was looking for trying one of their higher grade grams and a reasonable price eighth. She asked me questions like if I prefer Indica or sativa, and let me know what products would do what. The prices are not to bad and if you're a medical patient you get an extra 7% off the tax on the product. I actually had to come back to do an exchange and the process was very smooth. Wow it's been awhile since I've been here. I remember why I stopped though. Use to come in twice a week and spend a good 100-150$ each time. But after the reminder today that won't be happening any time soon. I waited in line in the online pickup line which is separate from walk in line. Cari flagged others over in front of me after 20mins of waiting (only one in online pickup line) tribally called me with no hello! welcome! just super bitchy. Refused to give discount stated on website until I told her to ask manager who put her in her place. But still came back to me with attitude and no sorry just mad rude. Then asked her about legion of bloom products I was purchasing , if any good which she says "no not really I guess I am picky about good products". Which tells me I suck and made a mistake for ordering it. "CARI please smile and be nicer were all dealing with shit girl". Do yourself a favor and hit up farmhouse delivery better prices and never in bad mood A month later still no response or sorry from this establishment. If you are looking for highly knowledgeable staff, and a wide range of products then you should look at Mercy. Every bud tender is exceptionally knowledgeable, and actually like their job( strange I know ). Cerrena has help me many times, Including today. I had mentioned to her that I like the convenience of pre-rolls and she mentioned I should try the chemistry pre-rules and that mercy was actually having a deal on them that day. I took her advice and I'm sure happy I did I got home and was able to unwind and let my stress Fade away like the work week. This place was extremely disappointing. VERY crowded, little parking (we had to drive around the parking lot three times before finding a spot). The service was pathetic. Terrible customer service. They did not take the time to explain anything and more importantly, there was nothing in the way of edibles to choose from for recreational use. We had to wait 45 minutes to be waited on and we had to show our driver's license three times to put into their data base. I wasn't comfortable with this. After all, it is legal now. I felt like I was put through the ringer here. Needless to say, we won't be returning. Take the extra time to go to the store in Sebastopol. They rock! read more

7 minutes agoNEW They recommend to me an eighth of rollins. I paid for it along with some others. When i get home i dont have the eighth of rollins. Next time i go in i ask them about it. they look on there cameras. call me the next day to tell me to come get my eighth they never gave me. When i show up they apologize and best the manager will do is give me $4.50 off another eighth of rollins if i would like. Feels like two slaps to the face. Very poor customer service.
