I go in here 3 to 4 times a month. Sometimes its busy and employees small talk with you while your product is being grabbed by another employee . Long story short today I asked employee about how many points I had and what you can get. She showed products and then showed me a depository time pill or something you put up your colon . I said eww thats gross and she got mad because she apparently has friends that have cancer and guess they have to shove it Lol. She got offended and had to tell me about her friend with terminal cancer. I get it we all have our problems but be proffessional don't put your sad vibes out to a paying customer. Hands down best medicinal shop in the bay area! I have made several visits to this location for a family member and each time was an easy in and out without any issues. First, very clean and very organized. You can really tell they put a lot of time into this location and also invested in their staff who are very knowledgeable. Price point seems to be a tad lower than other local dispensaries, so that is always great! I guess with any dispensaries you visit, the one sour part, which is not their fault is obviously the large state tax, so the more you spend, do not be surprised by the outrageous tax that follows along with it. Lived in Cali my whole life. Moved away about 6 years ago. Came back for a visit and first thing I did was go to mercy because of how much I used to love their products. USED TOO. This place is a rip off and sells boof flower. Was told how much the new "Kushmints" grown in house was the new strain that everybody just loves. Couldn't get a look see or a smell. It came in a closed metal tin. Decided because of the insane price increase since the last time I was there, to just get one eighth to sample since I couldn't see it. Sooooo glad I did that. Their in-house growers are inept and are producing low terp and low thc products. The tin claimed to test at 28%. Lmao. I've smoked mid in the hills of Tennessee that had more flavor and high than this crap. Even my wife who just started smoking last year said she couldn't get high. My advice is that if this is the spot most convenient for you, skip the flower and buy some out of house produced oils with an actual brand name. Their "Mercy Welness" generic flower should be thrown out and Mercy should be ashamed of themselves. This is not serving the community, this is ripping them off. Do better you greedy rats! Quick Edit: After going through the reviews it seems that they have a consistent issue with selling their "smalls" as actual real eighths. Their "smalls" are discounted. Richie was my bud tender yesterday when I made the trip to Mercy. He was very friendly and recommended a good indica strain to help relieve some pain I am having from a broken wrist. I live in Vacaville and since we don't have any dispensaries I have to drive to get what I need. Whenever I'm in RP I always go to Mercy. We sure have come a long way since using the shake to make brownies after harvesting in the basement lol. We looked lost as we were perusing the wall of goodness and Lan came to the rescue. Really love the staff and customer service but the constant changes and ridding of rewards points is the final straw for me. We had about 200$ in rewards that we saved for a rainy day ( my bf was laid off today) and we came in to redeem our rewards..apparently they got rid of them. Although the staff said " I've been telling everyone to use up their points.." I was never informed in person, text or email of this new policy. I typically get bombarded with texts and emails from them informing me deals or closures but conveniently never about getting rid of the rewards program. I feel robbed and cheated and as an almost 5 year patron I will have to take my business elsewhere. In addition to that, it took over 2 hrs to fill an "express" order, then another 45 min once we got there cause they still hadn't fulfilled the order. It usually takes 20 minutes to fulfill an express order. I don't know what's going on here but these incidents arent just happening to me. It seems like they need a better online system, POS, management, overall organization. I know they're probably just focusing on the new Santa Rosa location and possibly spreading themselves too thin but the constant changes of policies and lack of communication is going to cost them more patrons in the future. read more
