However the pricing was pure insanity. I purchased two items, $19 & $12 and it came out to $44.?? I was like huhhh and looked at it and added it up and was like, sure, it's medicine- let's do this. While her personal knowledge of a brand I had been recommended for headaches (capsules) did not include this product, she did explain the ratio and rationale of having a small amount of THC, which was valuable Intel for me. One problem though, I forgot to ask for the senior discount (and I'm obviously senior) and since I didn't get a receipt I'm not sure I received it? I love Mercy wellness So much I drive in all the way from Occidental... however one thing I don't like is their policy on Vape cartridges... you have to bring back a cartridge that has malfunctioned within 48 hours. I always buy several cartridges so I don't have to make the trip that often, so I'm not opening all my cartridges within 48 hours... There's not a time limit at places like SPARC...I currently have one I Purchased at Mercy it worked until about a quarter of the oil was gone and just stopped so I have a Vape cartridge I can't use, I paid good money for and they won't let me return... this confuses me because I called ABX and they assured me that the dispensary I got it from could refund or replace because they take back those malfunctioning cartridges... I mean it's not my fault if there was something wrong with it, I feel ripped off... I want to add to this review that I made the mistake of not talking directly to management. Now that I have, I want to comment that I have never had better customer service anywhere...They listened and heard my concerns and helped me personally, making me feel part of their community... they're awesome products and caring of their customers can't be beat... I've never smoked pot or taken any illegal drugs, but I've suffered from insomnia for years since I hit menopause. After years of trying all the natural options, I just gave up and I don't want to take any drugs like Ambien or any sedative. My 33 year old son convinced me to go there. He called ahead and got some advice and when I got there they were so patient with me and helped me understand exactly the difference between, CBDs, CBNs and THCs. Wow! This place looks like a fancy bank! Make sure you either order online or know what you want before you go in. There is a glass case and if you spend too much time looking you'll lose your place in line. Might I suggest having a case in waiting room? My one MAJOR complaint is not being able to tip the budtenders. It's great to give to charity but possibly give a percentage of their tips to charity? Hector helped me and was so knowledgeable and friendly, when he didn't accept tips I was pretty miffed at owners. Come on guys. Everyone does it and it's our money to spend. Having exceptional pain and my RX has been discontinued by the Feds. Now I am really suffering, and can't sleep because of the pain. I thought I was living in America! The CBD products are great. I've been in there a couple times and the experience is great. Ordering online ahead of time makes the process much faster. Also tried the delivery service today and Brendan was great, super friendly and professional. I felt so bad not having cash on hand for a tip (paying online doesn't allow for tipping), but he was very kind about that which alleviated the guilt I was feeling. My only complaint is the payment system. It successfully linked up with both my bank accounts (like I could even see my balances), but when I tried to select the account, it said my banks weren't supported. I had to use my fiancé's to pay.
