Would never recommend this car wash to anybody. Tried to use the manual car wash didn't work $10 of my money down the drain tried to use the automatic car wash paid $14 to not even have my car washed when I text the number it said to get help. The guy told me that he was not able to access cash and or put money back on my card. So I am out $24 and still have to wash my car myself when I was leaving there was a gentleman that said he was helping his buddy close the gates for the night. He told me to text the owner I did and still not a good response. Would never recommend this place to anybody read more

This is just some sort of a scam. No soap in the brush or wand. No vacuum hoses. Charged twice on my credit card. This place is criminal and will be shut down. Please don't give them your credit card information. read more

The drive-through automated car wash is about 1/2 or 3/4 the length of the others, meaning the air dryers pass over you instead of driver under them yourself. It also blows the air while it's doing the final rinse so it hardly gets anything dry at all. Although if you're not too worried about leftover water marks then it's just fine and does the job quite well! read more

Just relaying.. I'm so irritated!! Went to Meridian Car wash to wash my Transit van for work (too tall for drive through) Within a few minutes the pink foam stained absolutely EVERYTHING! Don't know if it's a wrong mix of chemical in the soap or what. I've washed my hands six times since I've been home now and they're still bright freaking pink! Who knows if my jacket's going to come clean but it doesn't come off my face either where it's splashed because it's spitting so much foam out! Not to mention the brush is so soft it didn't actually scrub any of the dirt off. Just a heads up because I know I'm more than irritated with it!! Never again! read more

BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! I used the self service car wash to do a quick cleaning and used my credit card. When I turned the dial to off the charge was $5.50, but I was charged $10 and then changed to $15. I tried to contact them by phone and their voice mail box was full. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! One of the wash lots does not accept tokens. It literally took 5 of my tokens! Luckily, I finished washing the car before i ran into this issue. When i drove over to the vacuum station, it was no different. It continued to take my tokens! I could see that the tokens were stuck, so naturally I tried banging on the machine...DO NOT TRY THIS - the machine literally started yelling at me, yes, yelling..see for yourself. I drove over to another vacuum station which accepted my tokens but the suction was no good. Lastly, my car looks worse than before. The wash left some nasty dirty residue on my car. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I will be at Pink Elephant, i suggest you do the same. p.s the gas station clerks will not give you change. read more

I beyond dissatisfied with this place. The machines to insert your quarters eat your money with no way of getting them back. Then after you decide to pay with your card they round up a few bucks, they charge per minute with card and when i finished I was at $7 then later I pulled up my bank info and they charged me $10. Not to mention the hoses kept getting tangled around and it was awful experience and I will never give them business again. read more

I've been to this car wash before & had a satisfying experience with the vacuum cleaners. However, today I used the Southernmost Max Choice vacuum machine that had several "Vac Only," and "Vacuum Only," signs on it. I placed $1.50 worth of quarters (6) into the machine & all 6 are stuck in the coin output. I tried to put a few other coins in to force the quarters out, but they all just got stuck. There was no management/Help number listed at the car wash, so I ended up contacting the machine manufacturer in an effort to either get my money back or to be able to actually vacuum my car as planned. read more

First time here yesterday. I came in because I wanted to wash my car by hand. So I go to the machine to change my money into quarters and I see a sign that says if you pay with credit/debit card you will get 14 tokens and will be charged $11. It was a $3 savings so I went ahead and did that. I go to the machine and insert 2 tokens, the machine doesn't turn on so I assumed I needed to inset another token because it says it's $2.50 to start it, so I inserted another token and still nothing so I insert another one and still nothing. I was not even able to get my tokens back! I called the number listed on Yelp and the number listed on one of the signs on the walls. One number did not work and the other one no one answered. I then went to the vacuum and inserted two tokens and it turns out the Vacuums don't even accept the tokens. So idk what is going on with this place. What is the point of the tokens if the machines don't accept them? I'm really pissed off at the fact that I spent $11 and couldn't even wash my car. What kind of business is this where there is not a staff present and no one answers the one number that "works." I called today and still no response! 0 Stars! read more

I regularly come here despite the horrible reviews, Utilize the self wash, blah blah but I enjoy drying my car and waxing it afterwards. I've spoken to the owner several times and I dont have any issues with him or his staff.. Until today. Apparently one of his employees tried to tell me the stall was for customers only. I told him I am a customer and I already washed my car. He apparently had some sort of trouble understanding that part and proceeded to ask me how much it costs, which didnt matter because i used debit. At that point I was at a loss for how to answer such a retorical question. When I was leaving he called the owner whom Id have been glad to speak too. Dont come here. I used to spend $8 a week every week and thats the treatment I get. I can look past the half broken stalls and messed up rinse cycles but to tell me I couldnt clean my car completely of the dirty water we're paying you for? Unacceptable. Went through the automatic car wash Ultimate Wash $12.00. The lower half of the passenger side of car didn't even get the basic dirt off. I don't expect perfection but just the basic dirt. I saw it later and went through another car wash. read more

Welcome to the ghetto! Stopped here to get a quick clean on my husbands work van. The first 3 stalls we tried either wouldn't take the quarters or ate them, and the fourth stall had a huge tear in the water hose. So not only was he thoroughly soaked by the time he was done, there also wasn't enough pressure to effectively wash the van. There are only 5 washing stalls here. What a disappointment. read more
