They are next door to each other in the Bethel Pike Shopping Center north of McGalliard, so finding free parking was easy, though a little crowded. Inside the sweet shop, there are tables for guests who wish to enjoy their choices while there. At the back is a long counter with their buckets of ice cream on display. You can get samples of their flavors before purchase. Note on the right hand side is a list of daily specials that might be of use. There are also menu boards for pairings of ice cream and cookies that are available. I went with a lighter option and chose a raspberry sorbet (sherbet?) The woman behind the counter was friendly and promptly helped me with my order. She pointed out that my order qualified for a daily discount which I had missed. Very nice! Seemed to be completely annoyed that we were even there (we only ordered 2 cookies). She walked off to bag our order before I paid then handed me the cookies and walked to the back. I'm sure people have off days or maybe have some things going on, but at least acknowledging your customers and saying "hi"and/or "thank you" would be better for your business.

Another five minutes goes by and finally Isaiah stopped at our table, apologized for our wait and took our drink order. He asked if we were there for the band and I said, "No, we are here for dinner." We ordered two Bantams. Finally, at 6 p.m. we left. Our beers never arrived. There was no apology from the hostess and we let the waiting customers know unhappy we were with the service. No one should have to wait for 30 minutes for a beer at a brewery.
