You can go up to a counter to order your carry out or to go or sit at a table and a waitress will take your order. Forgot to leave a review for Merlin's 10 years ago but it was awesome then....and still awesome now. They were absolutely slammed on a Monday night, but our carry out was out on time. Ordered the "Meaty Feast Deluxe" and it was righteous. Whole slices of bacon for a topping is a genius idea! The regular crust is just right and there were plenty of toppings/cheese. Couple helpful tips for the spring breakers in town right now.... Thin crust doesn't deliver well and not answering the door when the pizza shows up is 100% your fault. Visiting Destin for the week and had seen a few people recommend this pizza place. I gave it 3 stars because the pizza wasn't bad just not that great. Sort of like your typical National chain pizza place. Delivery was on time and the pizza was hot. We tried the 7 cheese white pizza and pepperoni explosion. My family and I were 'First Timers' visiting Merlins. We were referred by our friends that this was a must when traveling to Destin. Our party of 5 arrived for a late lunch on August 6th, 2024 a little before 2pm. We were able to seat ourselves and we were greeted by our server(young man, I unfortunately can't remember his name). His knowledge of the menu was superb. When asked if they made pizza bowls (I didnt see printed on the menu), he said they did! So we ordered a Supreme pizza in a bowl and the garlic buttered cheese sticks as an appetizer which were really, really good. As well as an extra large pepperoni, honey butter chicken pizza, and of course a shirt! Our server was awesome, the food and drinks were on point! Wow. That was some great wings and pizza . My girlfriend had a blooming meatball that was great all good.quality meats cheeses and wings. Great sauces extra chunky Bleu cheese. The last time I ordered from here the next day my card was charged $365 and I had to cancel card and go through a lot to get a refund. Thought I might give it one more try and this time 1 later driver pulls up and then just pulls off. After calling them they put me on hold to see what happened and did not come back. I had to hang up and call again. The guy said it was a mix up and he was returning to get the right order. After another 15 minutes I called back and they said sorry for the mix up but we are going to make you another one. It should be ready in 25 to 30 minutes.
