We absolutely love this place! Every year we go to Destin and every year we order pizza on the beach. The staff is super friendly and works with us; we have 4 families that go and we each place a separate order to be delivered at the same time. They've always done a fantastic job of keeping our orders separate and getting them to us right. I had the gluten-free Pollo Bella and it was one of the bests I've had in a long time. You should also try their lasagna pizza if you get the chance! Of all the years that we've ordered the only one that we haven't liked was the seafood pizza and that's probably just a matter of preference. Order from here if you get the chance. After 13 hrs on the road, this was just what I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pizza (we got the white pizza) was amazing. Great crust! No shortage of toppings. Salads were fresh and tasty with plenty of dressing served on the side. Please note, ordering online for delivery is a different system/location than the physical restaurant. Hotel had a flier for Merlin's, called in an order for Pizza and bread sticks for a group of three, order was to go. Pizza was coming out of the oven when we arrived. Server was on their game, getting he pizza and sticks boxed up. Added in some paper plates, large qty of napkins and some peppers without being asked. Good job anticipating that we might not have plates at the hotel. Large qty of toppings on the pizza, not greasy, ordered a thin crust to avoid a soggy crust situation. Crust was perfect. Bread sticks were light ...similar to an English muffin being toasted. And the pricing was very reasonable, they had some deal that if you called in the order after 9, there was a huge discount. Have to be honest, I really did not like the food. After ordering online it gave us a 15 minute time which I couldn't believe on a Saturday night. Not complaining about fast service though, very grateful for that. We got two pizzas and wings. The wings skin was kinda rubbery like being undercooked, but the chicken itself was dry like being over cooked. The sauce on them was good. He would come daily if he could. I ordered a small salad with chicken added on. The produce was so fresh. The tomatoes had a cool divine crispness leading to a mouthwatering flavor. While we were there a customer with dietary restrictions was able to get a pizza made not on the menu to meet there needs. Manager that was present was so caring about meeting this customers needs.
