They also use very cheap nail polish that did not hold up for more than a week. I have very strong nails, and all of my nails have chipped and broken within a week of my manicure. The point of a Russian manicure is to have it long lasting and this was far from it. I also had booked a pedicure and couldnt opt out of it during my appointment. I wish I knew that there is no actual pedicure station here, and it's basically make shift with a plastic tub that they fill with boiling water. This is unprofessional, and pedicures should not be offered if they don't have the proper set up. Complete waste of money. I was charged for callus removal and left with callus still on my feet. My nail tech looked me straight in my eyes and told me she did the callus removal although it was apparent she didn't. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but people should know what they're getting themselves into. This is not a nail salon, this is an open space for non licensed freelancers. They appear talented with their designs, however I won't be returning due to the unprofessionalism, lack of hygiene, and cheap products.
