I also emailed the General Manager (Jason), Sales Manager (Jermaine), and my salesperson (Kaheem), yet all three ignored my emails. Because the dealership completely failed to assist me, I was forced to take my Durango to another dealership to have it repaired. Then I spoke to Philip Puleo the sales manager regarding pricing. Phil gave me the lowest out the door price within the first 5 minutes of talking to him. There was 0 back and forth, 0 games, 0 frustration. I did visit other dealerships in the area and what a mistake that was. I wasn't aware how lucky I was with how I was treated at Mazda. Called to inquire about a loaner since I do not live nearby and the wait was about a month. Instead I made an appointment and dropped off the car. I pulled in and was quickly helped by Chad. I explained what the issues were (squeaky brakes, etc.) and Chad was aware of them. There were technical service bulletins from the manufacturer regarding my issues. About 3:30pm, I text for a status of my car. Chad then calls me and explains they need to keep the car overnight because it's a big job. They likely catered to paying customers, not issues covered under warranty, like mine. Chad stated that the car would be ready in the afternoon the next day.. After I explained, I need the car earlier for work, he said I could talk to a manager. That would be useless. About 5pm the same day, Chad called me again and told me my vehicle would be ready earlier than expected (in the morning rather than the afternoon) and it was. Picking up the car was a breeze. Service was fine so long as you don't need a loaner and you are able to possibly be without a car for some time.
