    Did a fantastic job installing the radio on my honda. Mike even noticed a damaged wire and replaced it. Very professional and good quality

    They install car alarms. I lost my key and alarm key fob. Great and fast service. They reprogrammed my spare alarm key fob it in 5 minutes.

I went somewhere else first and the person at the counter was polite but condescending. I priced out quality name brand components online prior to coming in. The prices I was quoted were astronomical compared to what I had figured based off what I had seen from various retailers online. After that experience I was a little discouraged, but decided to try Electric avenue based off of their online reviews. The difference was night and day. I was greeted in a genuinely friendly manner. I explained what I was wanting to accomplish and was offered several options. One of the staff members sat in my vehicle and listened to my audio system before recommending adding a subwoofer. I was quoted a price that was about a third of what had been quoted at the first place. I went back a few days later after having decided to go with the powered subwoofer. I was expecting to make an appointment to have the unit installed. To my surprise I was told that they could install it immediately if I desired. The installation was quick (about an hour and a half), clean and professional. I got the sound I was hoping for at a fair price. Not only would I go back here again, but would also refer Electric Avenue to friend# and familly.

I wanted…read morenickel but they only had bronze, so now I hate my door, but again I was in a rush so I took it. They said there was no service charge on the phone, but there was on the bill. When I questioned it Leon argued with me very unprofessionally. They charged $225 for a lock I could buy at lowes for $100 less - same brand. All of that I could have accepted because it was a rush job. However, when I called to say they forgot something, they tried to tell me to do it myself ( they want a disabled 60 year old with a fused spine to climb the ladder to the device on the garage ceiling). When they helped me program the garage opener, they forgot to program with wall keypad with the new code; he is saying it's my fault for not telling him knowing that I'd been living in the house for 2 hours, and I'm not the expert. But okay, I miss it. When I called to ask him to help finish the job, he didn't response the text and call within a business day. Then he said he was busy with people in the store. Then he said he didn't have time, and again, I should do it myself or find someone to help finish the job. He wanted me to wait a week to come back and finish the job because "they're too busy". What makes this abhorrent is his tone and demeaner. He grew louder and more abrupt on the phone, and told me he'd call back because .... well, I guess my call wasn't as important and couldn't ask the people in front of them to wait 2 minutes. Very nice during the actual job. He was the complete opposite when I called to finish the job. The more I tried to explain, the ruder he became interrupting me repeatedly, and having no customer service skills to professionally and calmly explain it to me. To cap it off, when I had a question on the bill, I had to send it to them because they didn't have it. When I tried to discuss with him, he was ridiculously rude and interrupting me again, arguing with me, getting louder, and had the audacity to say he did me a favor ($500 bill). Parts of the bill contradicted the verbal - and again he said I was wrong. EXCEEDINGLY RUDE and no customer service skills. Typical perhaps of age and experience, but to be spoken over and rudely argued with is the absolute worst customer experience. All they had to do was be responsive and say - we'll be out there as soon as we are able and help finish the job. Period. It's called respect of your customers and professionalism in running a business.

Wasted a trip to Albuquerque to find them closed and "Leon" had to perform the job. Leon was out. Called back and couldn't make an appointment. Tried talking to him and he cuts me off saying he had someone in the shop. Totally rude and unprofessional.

Instead, they gave me a great online deal and I left with Bluetooth for my cell phone and Pandora radio. My old Subaru felt like a brand new car! They were able to install while I waited and they were so fast, I did not make it to every store nearby. Plenty to do while waiting. Great experience Devin made the entire time fun. I noticed that all the customer service was really good. Even dealing with multiiple people they efficiently get everyone's needs taken care of. Just so happy that I found this place.     If you can go anywhere else I would recommend going there. I went in to get my front speakers…read morereplaced. They scheduled me for an appointment for 9 am. when I asked how long it takes to replace speakers they said about 30 - 40 mins. what they didn't tell me is that the appointment for 9am just means they will work on it sometime that day. They called me that first day to tell me they would need a bracket for my door and that they would order otherwise it would be very expensive to make. When I picked up my car the owner said that when the brackets got in they would just fit my car in and I wouldn't have to reschedule (lie). I got called a day before the bracket got in and the sales associate Carlos Lujan told me they are just way to busy to slot me in. When I asked for a refund they said they don't do refunds. So I scheduled for a week and a half after the bracket got in. I brought my car in and they finally replaced my speakers... however they also cracked my windshield. When I showed them the crack the Carlos said there was nothing he could do right then because he manager was out for a whole week so I had to wait until he got back into town. I waited the week and called the store manager Brad Cochran and said he had to review the camera's and he would call me back later that day (he did not). I called him the next day he said he had to talk to the general manager and would call me back in a few minutes (he did not). I called him a day later and said he would call the manager and call me right back (he did this time). He response, "They couldn't do anything because the window was broken from the outside and they worked on the inside"... so they broke it from the outside and just won't take responsibility. Fuck this company, fuck this manager, they will break your shit and not do anything to fix it.
