I explained what I was wanting to accomplish and was offered several options. One of the staff members sat in my vehicle and listened to my audio system before recommending adding a subwoofer. I was quoted a price that was about a third of what had been quoted at the first place. I went back a few days later after having decided to go with the powered subwoofer. I was expecting to make an appointment to have the unit installed. To my surprise I was told that they could install it immediately if I desired. The installation was quick (about an hour and a half), clean and professional. I got the sound I was hoping for at a fair price. They scheduled me for an appointment for 9 am. when I asked how long it takes to replace speakers they said about 30 - 40 mins. what they didn't tell me is that the appointment for 9am just means they will work on it sometime that day. They called me that first day to tell me they would need a bracket for my door and that they would order otherwise it would be very expensive to make. When I picked up my car the owner said that when the brackets got in they would just fit my car in and I wouldn't have to reschedule (lie). I got called a day before the bracket got in and the sales associate Carlos Lujan told me they are just way to busy to slot me in. When I asked for a refund they said they don't do refunds. So I scheduled for a week and a half after the bracket got in. I brought my car in and they finally replaced my speakers... however they also cracked my windshield. When I showed them the crack the Carlos said there was nothing he could do right then because he manager was out for a whole week so I had to wait until he got back into town. I waited the week and called the store manager Brad Cochran and said he had to review the camera's and he would call me back later that day (he did not). I called him the next day he said he had to talk to the general manager and would call me back in a few minutes (he did not). I called him a day later and said he would call the manager and call me right back (he did this time). He response, "They couldn't do anything because the window was broken from the outside and they worked on the inside"... so they broke it from the outside and just won't take responsibility. Fuck this company, fuck this manager, they will break your shit and not do anything to fix it.
