She explained every step thoroughly so that I understood what was happening with my face. My skin is glowing, no redness, and hydrated! She was very gentle and the whole process was very relaxing that I almost fell asleep. The entire place is clean. The people on the front desk were friendly. They have snacks and refreshments available for everyone. Overall, great experience. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I feel like it was a waste of money for me. Via messaging I expressed that I had acne concerns and wanted to get a consultation, but that never happened and they moved on with the facial right away. They did an aquapeel facial for me which was nice but I genuinely feel like it did nothing for my skin. When I asked the esthetician if she was going to do extractions she said she would "only do it lightly so I don't scar". As I understand it based on past experiences the point of an acne facial was to deal with the active breakouts through extractions so I was honestly really confused. Everyone working here seems on the younger side which isn't necessarily a bad thing but unfortunately to me that reflects as not having as much experience and that kind of showed. It's been a few weeks since I've come in and I can safely say that I have seen zero difference in my skin despite the pricey service. Maybe my fault for coming to a place that doesn't necessarily specialize in it but I still expected better. I'm sure they are better at other services, but if acne is your concern I would not recommend coming here read more
