We stayed in suite 3 which offered an upstairs bedroom area. They are equipped with everything you would need and more for a relaxing family vacation. -The kitchen (in suite 3) had a mini fridge, microwave wave and small cooktop complete with utensils and cookware. There is also a Kurig with some complementary coffee. There is a bar dining table top with seating for 3 and a small round table with seating for 2. -The bedroom downstairs is combined with a small living room area with a couch, chair and TV for the family to come together and watch a movie. The bed is plush and great to sink into after a day of hiking. There is an overhead ceiling fan above the bed and a downstairs AC wall unit, both can be controlled with remotes. Under the stairs they also had luggage racks which we found helpful and kept our belongings more organized and out of the way. - The bathroom downstairs has a walk in shower, with plenty of towels and complementary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was a nice touch that that they also had a separate make up towel and make up remover towelettes. - Upstairs, the bedroom area was just as cozy as the downstairs and the bed just as comfy. There was a small loveseat with TV (suite 3, may be different layout for the other 2 bedroom suite). The upstairs also has a wall mounted AC unit with is adjustable and an extra floor fan to circulate air to your desire comfort. - The outside offers just as many amenities as the inside with area for a fire pit completed with firewood (shared with the other guests) , your own grill with charcoal, and picnic and lounge area. It's beautifully lit up at night and great to sit out beneath the lights. The whole place is just bursting with farmhouse charm and we absolutely loved the time spent here. Kitchens and living rooms in each suite (studio, one-bedroom, or two bedroom), well-maintained grounds: two pools, one heated, one with waterfall, hot tub, shuffleboard and tennis courts, nice sitting areas inside or outside the hotel. Each suite is furnished differently by separate owners, but whether a studio, 1- or 2-bedroom, all come with a fully furnished kitchen right down to the dishes/flatware and spatulas, pots & pans, toaster and coffee maker. If traveling with a group, or for extended stays, there's comfortable sitting areas on each floor, a library with fireplace, and a laundry room on 2nd and 3rd floors (bring your own detergent). Best of all, the price is comparable to a common one-room motel room at other motels. You couldn't ask for a better bargain. We very much enjoyed our stay! Will stay again.

This time, I decided to stay at Mesquite, NV which is about 40 miles south of St. George or about 80 miles north of Las Vegas. Hotwire led me here as I like surprise:XD Upon walking in the lobby, my first impression was...is this the retirement home!? the interior has that old fashioned style, wide hallway with tiles instead carpet on the first floor, a library...etc I got suite #210, which is exactly like a one bedroom apartment with full sized kitchen, dining table, living room, bed room, walking in closet and a full sized bath. It's spacious! I assume this property was designed for assistant living and later changed to a hotel. It's freaking hot in Mesquite, NV even after the sun goes down. The air was still hot like inside the oven. The ac worked really well and of course this place is very quiet. The next morning, after checking out, I was on the way heading home. While pulling onto the 15 freeway I all the sudden remembered I left my charging cable in the room! Drove back from the next freeway exit, I told the front desk lady and she immediately made me a key to go up to the room to retrieve my cable. When I got there, the housekeeper was already outside and handed me my cable. If you are not looking for anything fancy, modern and elaborate, this is a good place! For clean, classic and awesome rate, I can see myself coming back for another good night sleep:) P.s there's no charging port on the bedside table, I had to unplug the alarm clock and that's how I forgot my cable :XD

This is a nice state park with friendly staff and clean facilities. Depending on what side you're on, you get closer access to the modern restrooms with showers. The other side will just have restrooms. But either way, these are excellent amenities and exactly what you need after a long day of hiking. In addition, the park itself has some recreational activities available and is located on a scenic reservoir. Very good state park.

The bedrooms were huge, with a king sized bed and twin bed in each, so you could easily sleep 6 adults here, and more if people were willing to do air mattresses in the living room. The bathrooms were great, and fully stocked with many towels. Great shower and bath tub. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook, including a crock pot and waffle maker! They ever had a pancake/waffle mix out on the counter which was so cute. The tv was easy to use and had lots of app options. The blinds worked great to keep out the sun. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen is huge! The street was very quiet, and the little town had a few nice restaurants and was only minutes away from the main drag in Hurricane. I am so happy my husband found this place, what a score! Honestly my only negative notes are nitpicking - one of the twin bed frames was loose and creaky and could use some tightening. The ceiling fan in our room was stuck on the highest mode and we couldn't adjust it. Tiny things like that, but nothing to take away from what a phenomenal experience we had. We don't go to Zion often which is kind of a shame because I would totally stay here again.

Its always squeaky clean, has comfortable king bed and best of all - a fenced backyard with grass. We so look forward to stopping here after a long day of driving. The back fence is 4ft tall which works fine for us as our big dogs are not jumpers. Also, nice patch of grass. It's on a fairly busy street so the front room has a bit of street noise but it doesn't bother us at all. It's a 2 bed/2 bath both ensuites with king beds. Everything you would need in the kitchen, cozy living room area with a small TV. Lots of places to eat in Hurricane which is 5 min away. Highly recommend. So grateful we don't have to walk the dogs on leashes (yucko) - just open the front door and shoo them in - then they can roam around the backyard safely. We will be back again and again!

Unlike other extended stay places, this place has a fully functional kitchen... Meaning that it has stove, oven, microwave, crockpot, baking pans, skillets, coffee maker, tea kettle, knives, etc. It also has a BBQ grill on the covered patio. My family and I were extremely comfortable in this rental! And we will definitely stay here again when we visit Zion!
