Totally worth a visit here and I guarantee you will find something! This is a huge nursery with several native plants and others adapted for the weather ( indoor and outdoor). In addition to the plant selection (trees, shrubs, roses, vines etc) they have a large selection of plant pottery, fountains, decor, gardening tools, soil and fertilizers. Their gift shops have a bunch of cute items and gifts for yourself and others! Helpful staff when you have questions. Their prices are comparable with other nurseries.

The nursery has an amazing selection of flowers, fruit trees, plants, cacti, and potted plants. They have a large giftshop inside with tons of Arizona themed items such as candles, jewelry, kitchen décor, hot sauces, and wind chimes. Prices are higher compared to big box home improvement stores; however they have a much larger selection of items. Be sure to bring a hat with you to shop in the summer months as the majority of the store is outside in the sun.

This place is great in some ways and not in others. It is absolutely huge, you can get lost in garden paradise with all the plants. Feel the tranquility of flowers, greenery, and all the colors. Smell the roses and flowers. They have a huge variety of tropical plants, bushes, herbs, annals, peri annals, flowers, and veggies. They have a gift shop with such a cute variety. Mugs, Christmas ornaments, towels, stickers, food, journals. So much They have a garden store with seeds, gloves, wind chime, fertilizer, soil, pots, and irrigation systems. Prices wise there are much cheaper spots for some of it. The customer service is where it's up or down. I've had times where I asked for help and was given such attitude that I didn't return for over a year. It was my first time visiting and it was such an inconvenience to guide me to the correct area. Today however nobody asked me if I needed help, at all. Nobody even says hello. The only good saving grace was that the check out lady was a sweet heart. Oh and they let you bring in your dog

Definitely one of the biggest and best selections of outdoor, indoor, gardening, or decorative plants that Tucson has to offer.

First time at the Disneyland of nurseries mesquite valley nursery ! Big big property filled with plants & everything garden including yard art. I was nursing a sprained ankle so 30 yr employee Rodney drove me on covered golf cart to find the plant looking for ;lady banks banksia sp? tombstone white rose. Surprised to learn two varieties a clustered flower & single flower . Plant May have come from Scottland and a world famous one in tombstone az covering a large courtyard fee to see! Free water bottles for your hydration. Friendly large checkout lines. Large parking lot just ne of speedway & Kolb next to bank . GreaT feature beyond selection are many areas covered shaded! What was your favorite ride/plant ? Jk

I can't believe the sheer size of this local nursery. It was almost too big and difficult to focus. They beautiful selection of plants, trees, fountains, pottery, garden decorations, and cacti. I liked that they had a cooler of free water for guests to stay hydrated and water bowls for our furry friends. What I didn't like about my visit on Saturday was that I saw several staff working in different areas of the nursery and not one person greeted me. I also thought the prices were a little on the high side, even for a local nursery. But it's definitely worth a stop.

In my search for a pair of creosote bush I was referred here. I spoke to Matt and they have been trying for a year to get them. No stock.

Are they locally owned and operated?

What is MVG policy on plant guarantees? I purchased two $30 lantanas on Sunday, and they were watered and planted yesterday (Monday) Today they have no flowers and the leaves are drying out. Will MVG stand behind these plants and replace them?

Just got off the phone with MVG because I bought 2 heat/freeze resistant hibiscus last July and paid over $40. They DO NOT guarantee your plants and try to blame you for the way you took care of them. I will not be buying from this company. They…

The selection will knock your socks off! Bring water and an umbrella. I will be back with my credit card! Well worth every penny and I had many left over. No puedo decir suficientes palabras amables sobre este negocio y todo el personal! He visitado varias veces e incluso he traído a la familia para disfrutar de un día de tranquilidad. Verdaderamente agradecido.

Green Things Nursery is a plant lover's dream. The selection is amazing. I went in mainly to look…read moreat houseplants and was really impressed by the wide range of sizes--everything from small starter plants to some seriously impressive extra-large ones that could probably become a full roommate. I wasn't even shopping for outdoor plants, but it was clear they have a huge variety if you are. It's the kind of place where you walk past section after section and keep thinking, "Oh wow... they have that too?" They also have a great selection of pots, so it's dangerously easy to convince yourself you need "just one more plant" because you already found the perfect pot for it. Definitely a fun place to explore if you love plants... or if you accidentally keep becoming a plant person.
