The front desk person knew nothing and the lady had no desire to help. She made a call and said no thanks. Not sure how 511's can't be exchanged at 511 store. All other major brands allow it and she said I should shop online. I mentioned that we didn't need stores like hers if we all shopped online and that didn't concern her. I will not be back.

However, my favorite feature of the store is the restroom. While it's no fancier than your traditional Walmart restroom, it beats the general mall restroom and is always less populated. While this is not the only store in the woodlands mall with an independent restroom, it's the only one that allows me to use one and then purchase gear for all of my various sports, which is a score for me ...pun intended.

You can also enter off the main road FM2920 I go here often and its never super busy but the staff is always friendly and very helpful. Today I needed a fishing license so I paid at register then went to customer service for another person to print out. Store is always clean and nice and stocked well.
