I called and the pushed the business they had for that day back. They replaced the bad new unit with a replacement at no charge. As I was leaving one of the customers who's work got pushed back was asking when his car would be fixed. Rob worked 4 hours past quitting time to make sure he had his vehicle the day he promised it. My reason for the 2 star review is due to an AC issue with my vehicle. I brought it in at the end of June because there was no AC - it was leaking somewhere. I let them know when I recharge it myself it will last for 2 to 3 weeks, then it blows warm air again. They inform me the wrong Freon was put in the system (I put the correct one in, but I am guessing the person before us did not as it was purchased in January of this year). I go ahead and pay the $500 to have it drained, recharged and pressure tested - no leaks or issues found - good to go. Until this past weekend. The AC went out again (less than 3 weeks after it was filled). I take it back in and let them know it's blowing warm air again. They take a look at it and they say it's low on Freon and it would be another $480 to refill it for them to pressure test it and find the issue -- even though we just did that at the end of June. No thanks.
