The shop had a lowkey vibe and theres a separate waiting room. We were surprised when we received an email confirmation that they were done as we had just sat down for lunch nearby. You can schedule appointments online for oil changes and maintenance. Don't come here if you are looking for a fancy waiting room and shuttle service. Do come here if you want honest service, straight talk, and mechanics who actually care and will fix your issues. I suggest bringing a ride if you can - easiest place to park is to turn to the right immediately after entering the lot and parking on the side, and then walking to the garage. We've had great experience with Hondas and Toyotas.
