When Dr. Pandit came in, he asked where my thyroid and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results were - which made it clear that neither he nor his staff had thoroughly reviewed my labs. My thyroid results were clearly included in what I sent. Despite that, I proceeded with the visit. Later that same week, I called his staff to follow up and asked them to review my blood work again. They told me they would submit a request to my PCP to get all my results, even though I had already provided them. When I checked in the following week, they said they still hadn't heard back from my PCP. By that point, I had already received my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results and wanted to send those over as well. I repeatedly asked the staff to review my original blood work because my thyroid results were already there, but they kept brushing me off. After several calls, they finally reviewed it and admitted that my thyroid results were indeed included. I then asked them to confirm whether the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results I was about to submit were the correct ones Dr. Pandit needed to review before my next visit -- because he had specifically mentioned that he needed to see those results before proceeding. Instead of helping, two different nursing members raised their voices at me, saying they didn't know because the doctor wasn't in. I politely asked if they could confirm with him later and get back to me, but they both said the doctor "didn't have time for that" and that I would just have to wait until my next visit. I explained that I wanted to be proactive and make sure I had all the necessary labs ready ahead of time, but they dismissed me again, saying the doctor would "probably be fine with it." When I asked if they could review the doctor's notes, they said they didn't have access to them but somehow insisted the doctor already had everything he requested - which felt dismissive, confusing, and inconsistent. The staff's tone and attitude made it clear that my health concerns were not a priority to them. If this is how the staff behaves toward patients, I can only imagine how things are handled behind the scenes with the Doctor. After reading other reviews, it now makes sense why many people have shared similar frustrations - and it's hard not to believe that this office may be buying positive reviews for marketing purposes. My health is my top priority, but it was evident that it isn't theirs. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor or staff who truly care, communicate clearly, or take the time to review patient information properly.

I have had the most unprofessional back and forth with this office and would give it zero stars if…read moreI could. I had surgery with Dr. Oh in early 2024. Staff was great, process was smooth and surgery was completed after rounds of physical therapy and a steroid injection. My employer required Short Term Disability and the paperwork was filled out in January 2024 with no hiccups. I started having pain post surgery about 10 months after surgery. I got back in to see the doctor and we planned on the exact same treatment plan as before- starting with physical therapy. However the office staff was downright nasty to deal with regarding any paperwork that my employer needed. Started with Valerie who was condescending to the point that the people who overheard the conversation said "she really just talked down to you like that??" and about things she didn't even know about at that. She didn't understand the difference in Short Term Disability and FMLA which for that position, should be a minimum requirement. She kept saying she wasn't going to complete my paperwork and after DAYS of back and forth passed me on to Lilly. I have dealt with Lilly in the past and she was extremely pleasant-however she was downright rude this time and it was totally out of the character I know her to have. AND I QUOTE from a portal message about how important this paperwork is, " We are NOT filling out the paperwork. I have spoke with Dr. Oh and our office policy is we don't do Short Term Disability or FMLA Paperwork for ANYONE that is NOT within their 90 day post op period, We are a surgeon's office'". Like I am unaware that they are a surgeons office? Ive been a patient for over a year and a half and HAD SURGERY. It was meant to be condescending. What is the most frustrating part is that their policy states ""We will complete forms for patients' who have undergone surgery by our physicians only" which, I have. They keep insisting it's within 90 days but can't show me this in writing anywhere. Also, if that's the case why was it done last time? This office has absolutely gone downhill and I would not recommend this office purely based off of the incompetent staff they have. Which is a true shame because Dr. Oh as a surgeon is fantastic. It goes deeper, I asked Valerie to email my paperwork back when she refused to do it the first time and she never did (I brought a physical copy to my appointment). Then Lilly asked me if I had the paperwork and I said I left a physical copy but offered to email or fax it again. My short term disability case worker ALSO called and faxed and they ignored them. STEER CLEAR of this place. Dr. Oh really needs to change the policy and have a serious meeting with his employees about the importance of professionalism and following the policy that his patients sign. I can read and know that per that policy, the paperwork should be completed. They also need a reminder of empathy and that his patients are in pain if they are coming to his office. This has affected me receiving my treatment, delayed necessary paperwork that my employer needs for weeks at this point and it's directly affecting my pay. This is nothing light. Go literally anywhere else. I will certainly be transferring care after this experience.
