They managed to salvage the chrome trim piece by handling it with care. They also detailed the car both inside and out. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get to the near by enterprise so I could pick up my rental that the insurance company reserved for me. The service was done very quickly once the insurance company processed their part of the claim.
