Went into the T-Mobile store today to drop off equipment that wasn't working and as we're explaining the situation to a gentleman or lack there of named Daniel, he went on to raise his voice, cut my mom off and myself off having a conversation and then told us to get out of his store. I've never dealt with customer service like that but hands-down absolutely disgusting behavior so it's resulted in my mom and I completely leaving T-Mobile and it's totality I was mortified to witness that type of behavior and he approached us with that attitude. T-Mobile should be ashamed of themselves for letting someone represent their company like that and Daniel Daniel Daniel shame on you too. I sincerely hope that you're not a manager for that store cause I'm not done leaving these reviews. The fact that even someone being paid would take a tone like that, not only to a customer, but to a woman was the most shocking part. Not all T-Mobile stores are the same and this one provides excellent customer service. In particular, Jacky M!! Jacky has been assisting my mother with all her cell phone needs. My Mom recently had some serious phone issues and Jacky was there to solve them all quickly and efficiently. She went above and beyond. Sometimes my Mom has questions with the tech stuff and visits the store often. Jacky always makes her feel welcomed and helps her out all the time. He was so lazy and told us to basically look up everything ourselves. I had to ask him the differences between the phones and even then he was telling us they he tells people to do their research. I'm nine months pregnant. Giving birth in exactly one week. Came in to upgrade my husband's phone because it stopped charging today and we need to stay in contact especially now, since we spent the whole day in the ER for my husband because he is unwell. Finally got time to come in, (which granted was 30 minutes before close). Two men sat- did not stand to greet me. I told them I needed to upgrade my husband's phone because it stopped charging. They told me it had to be done with the T-Life app. So I started downloading it. It was taking forever because the service in this area is poor. I was standing for a while, waiting for it to download. My feet were killing me, so I pulled a chair up for myself, since these men didn't think to offer an extremely pregnant woman a chair. Only then did they tell me to let them know if they had any questions. I get it. They had a long day. It was 30 minutes until close- But I also had an exhausting, long day in the hospital. I'm just trying to get things done before our baby gets here while my husband is sick. Could have really used a helping hand today from these gentlemen. I left because I could tell they were annoyed I came in so late and had no idea about the T-life app. I couldn't figure it out on my own and felt like crying. Was too embarrassed to ask for help by this point. Congrats guys. You got to go home on time, while also making a pregnant lady cry. Just gonna get a wireless charger and call it a day. read more

They provide you with nothing in writing before you pay the just for phone and accessories. He seemed against calling customer care if he didn't know the correct answers instead just ended up screwing me out of $60-70 for 3 years. Caught multiple discrepancys in things i was told and saw on the t-life app . My friend was there an when he tried to say well you can change to a worse internet plan due to terms to say the 15 or 20 off month for comboing the two lines after i had to call myself to confirm what the total bill was because he didnt know. Which is funny because the the rep on phone said he does have access. I am unsure if he was new. But i can tell you he was annoyed i had multiple questions and he spent so much time atleast that is how it appeared. He never apologized for either either being shady or if he just plained messed up. When I said then nevermind I dont want it he said we'll then you have to pay $75 restocking even though I had not left the store or desk with the phone. Best part he never set up my new phone correctly with the Sim card, it was still showing up as my old model phone so I couldn't send any text messages. We discussed both with and without insurance although the final discussion was not to when I called customer service found out he added it. He never once showed me what my total mo thy bill was going to be. However when i picked the accessories i had decided that i didnt want it which is why a specific screen protector brand was picked. Yet he still added it to my monthly bill. They don't give you a print out of any promotion rules or fine print either. The manager never came up to apologize or try to help like once you pay they don't care what happens to you. for the BS practice or we can waive the restock since it was bad business practice. So basically had I kept my prepaid plan and same internet, i could have got a better phone then the one I got thru tmobile which would be unlocked for all carriers and would be paid off in 24 months where with tmobile you are stuck keeping plan with them for 36 months and it is limited to tmobile only and wouldnt even use the 20% off my plan rate benefit thru work. If only they had been forthcoming when I tried to find out multiple times what my upcoming bill or had i check buying it thru samsung have checked before I paid for the phone online even though I was in store when they told me to do that. Stay away not only from carrier but especially the store and their lies/ unethical practices and lack of remorse or care. Either way they are hell bent on me paying. Also think I should mention I got to the store at about noon and did not get finished for today between the store and the approx 4hrs of time I was on customer service calls till about 8pm. And it's still not right. i was last told I have to go to store to get fixed so that will be an all day affair as well. So I will go prepare this time read more

They lack a check in system, they attend who ever they see in front. I had to wait a while over an hour to even get some to help. There is no honor system with many people and they can't wait their turn and the sales people don't know how to handle it. Suggestion get a check in system that actually works... read more

I was greeted by Michelle who was assisting another customer at that time. Once she was done , Michelle came over and asked if she could help us with anything? I informed her I was there to transfer over two phones and a watch from Verizon. She went over the plans and what would best work for me. After I agreed to a plan , Michelle pretty much took care of everything after that . There was an issue with transferring so Michelle has to call their customer support who was able to figure out what the issue was. The entire process took about an hour and a half or less than that. There were only two employees when we arrived . T-mobile had a lot of customers arriving so each employee would excuse themselves from their customer to place the new customer on their waitlist . By the time I left they had a total of four employees working the floor. All in all the process seemed quick and easy. Glad I made the switch. read more

I had a GREAT experience here. The staff is super friendly and I was lucky enough to meet and work with the store manager Sergio who was super patient with me. I had a glitch in the T-Life app and Sergio spent at least an hour over two days working with me to try and get it fixed. We ended up having to put in a work ticket but I so much appreciate his customer service skills along the way. You see we got some cryptic message saying our SUV's phone connection needed an update to continue to operate, we got the parts at our local store and did what we were told. Nothing happened. The new parts did not work, or we did something wrong, we drove around as instructed and still nothing worked. We had to run an errand or two and wound up way out here in the process. That was a good thing. Spying another T-Mobile Store, we stopped in and asked for help, something we never do at the local store because we just get blank looks unless buying a new phone. This store actually had an answer for us and did what the other store had failed to do, update the simm card in our unit. WE plugged our box back in and things began to work again. Hey Mikey! I came in here earlier to transfer my phone lines with sprint over to t-mobile. They are off of my dads account so he came with to speed up the process. A guy was helping us, I didn't get his name (I believe he was Armenian) and he was updating our account with the new information. He was suppose to transfer all phones and my Apple Watch over, and update the military application process. He seemed knowledgeable in everything we asked about our account and updates to our account but I was wrong.. he actually screwed up our account royally! When I got home I was wondering why my Apple Watch was no longer in service and come to find out he never paired it to my phone. Let alone on my account online it was set up as "unkown device". When he clearly had all the information in front of him with the switch from sprint. He also had the name on the account as NA as if no one was the account holder. And when I went to update the military document, the name was wrong and the birthday as well. He had in the first name NA and the last name was my dads full name.. smh! He also had my dads birthday completely wrong after the fact that I repeated it to him three times. I ended up calling customer service which I was on the phone with for over an hour fixing all of his screw ups. The tech support was somewhat helpful and fixed most of my issues during that time, which honestly could have been prevented if the in person guy did his job in the first place! However, tech support ended up putting extra charges on my plan after they were fixing the issues, which they didn't explain to me about until I asked them why. I have been talking with tech support for two days now trying to fix the issue, I even got transferred to the supervisor to escalate my request, who actually hung up on me mid sentence. This is actually the worse service I have received not just from the in store employee but also from their phone tech support. T-mobile really is a joke and this sprint merge has been a nightmare since I transferred all my lines over. Might be taking my service elsewhere after being a loyal sprint customer for over 20 years! read more

My wife needed a phone case and screen protector for a new phone we purchased for my mother-in-law, and after checking several stores that did not have one in stock she ran into T-Mobile on Golden Valley/Santa Clarita VERY close to closing time. Not only did Faizan assist her with what she needed, he did not make her feel like an imposition (like so many in customer service do these days). We are not T-Mobile customers, but my wife was so pleased with the customer service here - especially with Faizan that we are considering moving our plan over. My MIL was happy with the new case, and we have already told people about the excellent customer service received at this store! Today has been an absolutely difficult day, I spent about 5 hours in this T-mobile store with my boyfriend doing everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, to switch carriers. My current carrier being AT&T -- unfortunately since AT&T is so unbearable and regardless of paying off my entire phone as well as any lingering bills.. they still have prevented me from completing my transfer. As frustrating as that is and continues to be, I am currently, with the tireless help of these two incredible t-mobile in-store representatives, Sarah & Emily, attempting to resolve this issue. With luck & time I will soon be a VERY HAPPY customer with t-mobile. I understand the reason to put ur self in the waiting list to see a technician, but my situation wasn't related to any technical problem.. it was a simple all I came was for a screen protector to be replace or at least give me the replacement and I can do it at home, but no the gentleman who said was a trainee went in the back to try to get the box and his manager told home that I have wait, I have my family waiting in the car I was not about to wait 1 hour to be help. My wife and I decided to purchase the ne iPhone 13 models so we went in last week to the store and only waited about 5 minutes before we were helped by a VERY knowledgeable you man that guided us through the exchange policy on our old phones and placed a pre order for our 13 models. With 3 days we received our new phones through UPS so we called the store to see If we could make an appointment to come and have our new phones "ported " over and they said come on in we are not busy and can do it right away, 15 minutes later Erik took great care of us and we were on our way with new iPhone's all setup and ready to go. So i got a fancy pants phone a month ago and sure enough I have already misplaced the adapter to charge! Welp not a problem for a professional... So yesterday my wife dropped her iPhone and the screen protector cracked. Today I stopped by T-Mobile and spoke with Rick I explained to him what happen and he told me to bring in the phone and he would see what he could do. So I got my wife and her phone and went back to T-Mobile to see Rick. Rick took the phone, looked up our account and replace the screen protector for free. The person who picked up my call, Geo was extremely patient, generous, friendly, and that really made me want to stop by this t-mobile to get a portable hotspot device. And Devine (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong!) assisted me with purchasing the device and plan, and he and his boss (?) were calm, polite, respectful, and friendly in a very professional way! I'm pretty happy about the hotspot device that I purchased today, and the customer services were top notch! Whoever greeted me at the front really made me feel welcomed too. I have never felt sooo awkward in a store before. i came in and was greeted and took my place in line. I was waiting as asked an associate Jimmy for access to the wifi so i can update my phone and he was sooo rude he snapped at me twice saying I cant get the wifi code and i need to WAIT MY TURN! I am a black female and i dont know if he is racist or sexist or what but u felt sooo uncomfortable i was almost to tears.
