Quality/Quantity - Now that I am back with my international…read moretravels, I am back to studying the T-Mobile plans. My friends say this is the best carrier for international travel. Atmosphere - Small authorized T-Mobile dealer. Same mall as the Starbucks I frequent, so it's easy for me. Open 7 days a week from 10am or 11am to 6pm or 8pm. Limited parking with many poor/bad drivers, be safe. Service - 5 stars, Nelson was good. He was patient and listened to our needs and made good suggestions. I now need to check with the team to see if all is good with the carrier change. No contracts (unless you need devices). Price - See websites for menu and pricing. Then see Nelson for a good deal. Owner Comment - To the T-Mobile management team - Take care of the people that take care of you. FYI, I can not find you on the T-mobile website? Is it because you are NOT a corporate store and an authorized dealer?

After our lunch, we headed over to this T-Mobile to see what they have available. My Mom isn't into the latest and greatest cell phones so we were looking for the old fashion flip phone... yes, you read right! LOL Hey, as long as calls can be made and calls can be received, it's all good! Unfortunately, they didn't have any flip phones in stock. The staff was very helpful though... they did provide some recommendations. Our visit here was very short lived and that's okay, but worth it. We ended up going to a Best Buy in Los Angeles near my brother's house. And yes, we did buy a new Nokia - 2780 Flip Phone (Unlocked) - Blue for my Mom at that Best Buy. Thanks T-Mobile for the recommendation!

Big Thank you and shout out to a guy named Tristan who helped me out tremendously a few weeks ago…read more Recently upgraded to a new phone, but there were some complications along the way at other T-Mobile stores that had trouble transferring data and activating my line and my data got shut off. Eventually got to a point where after multiple attempts to bringing it back unsuccessfully, I was sent to this Experience store where Tristan was able to resolve the issue! The biggest part though that felt different was how he came across it with being caring and compassionate as I felt his genuine kindness in trying to fix my issues. He demonstrated persistency in finding me a solution, kindness throughout the entire process, and definitely patience as he had to call the main account holder multiple times to get access even though she wasn't picking up, but he stayed consistent and polite throughout the entire time. I don't usually write reviews and I have grown up in the customer service industry my entire life. And I just honestly wanted to mention that this guy Tristan definitely went above to make a positive experience after interacting with multiple other T-Mobile stores that same day without the same effort. Thanks Tristan again and keep doing you. Best , Phil N.

The account…read morewas originally under my friend's late husband's name, but I had already updated the AutoPay information to my friend's own checking account and submitted his death certificate at another T-Mobile location. At that time, I was told the account had been transferred to my friend's name. Despite taking those steps, her line was still disconnected. When I explained the situation to the representative at this store, I also shared that I had already contacted customer service and had been assured that her line would be restored, but that never happened. Instead of investigating the issue or looking into possible solutions, the representative told me that because the line had been disconnected, and it could not be reactivated. I felt there was little effort made to explore any alternatives. Rather than helping resolve the existing service issue, the representative suggested for my friend to open a prepaid account. This made it seem as though the focus was on selling her new service instead of restoring the one she already had. The only other recommendation I received was to contact customer service again, despite my explaining that I had already done so without success. After going to a different T-Mobile location that was not a corporate store location, I discovered that there is in fact a process for reactivating a disconnected line. Learning this was frustrating and disappointing, as it appeared that the representative at this Rosemead Corporate Store location either was not aware of the available options or did not take the time to look into them. As someone navigating the challenges of managing an account after the loss of my friend's spouse, I had hoped for more empathy, effort, and support in finding a resolution. Overall, I left feeling unsupported and with the impression that opening a new prepaid account was being prioritized over resolving the problem that brought me into the store in the first place.

A member of our congregation set up a greeting that said our church was closed and to just leave a message. That congregant has moved away and we've been struggling with changing the phone message since. We have now been open for approximately a year-and-a-half and we wanted to have a phone greeting that reflected that message. Our NEC system is 30-years old but it's just like its members -- oldies but goodies. Thank you, Mike, for being so patient. You have literally been a Godsend.

Several years ago I met Mike on a job and noticed his ability to run cable even to the most difficult locations. Everything was neat, clean and professional, so we exchanged business cards. Over the past several years, I have referred numerous customers to Mike and used his services personally on many occasions including my office. Not only is the work done in a timely manner, but every jack is labeled, terminated and tested. He even leaves several brand new spare patch cables! What a pleasure it is to come out to a job that has been cabled by Mike "The Phone Guy" and simply plug everything in and it works the first time. On several occasions I have referred Mike to customers with very expensive homes that required the highest professionalism for the installation and every job was done with surgical expertise, customer always pleased as punch, makes my job easier and don't let me forget to say that Mike is a licensed contractor, so you don't have to worry about some shady work that never gets completed. The only thing left I have to say is.. If you need a cabling job done right the first time, then I would absolutely without hesitation recommend you call Mike "The Phone Guy". He is an honest, hard-working professional whom I have dealt with for more than 15 years. Mike... YOU ROCK MIKE!!!
