But after years of steadily declining service, I finally decided enough was enough. I'd heard great things about T-Mobile's coverage from friends and family, so I decided to give it a shot. That's when I met Destiny Burns at the T-Mobile store--and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing! Super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient as she walked me through everything I needed to know. We did run into some hiccups while trying to port over my number--thanks to some frustrating issues on Verizon's end--but Destiny went above and beyond to get it resolved. She spent over two hours with me, even calling Verizon herself and figuring out that one of their reps hadn't completed the process like they said they did. If not for Destiny's persistence and professionalism, I might have walked out still stuck in the Verizon mess. Now that everything's up and running, I couldn't be happier. The coverage is phenomenal--I actually have service at my house now, which I never had with Verizon! Huge shoutout to Destiny and the T-Mobile team. If you're thinking about switching, do it--you won't regret it.

This is what transpired over the last week- 4 separate text messages that said "working on it with my team". When I asked to speak to a "team captain" the response was there is no one. Today I received a call that lasted 45 seconds and the answer was "there is nothing we are going to do, there is no negotiating, you are stuck with the contract". Aug 15, 2025: The Service Is So Bad It's Costing Us Business TelNet Communications has been nothing but a complete and utter disappointment. We have lost customers, revenue, and countless man hours due to their constant phone outages. It takes days--sometimes weeks--to get a reply, and months to resolve even basic issues. We've been stuck with a voicemail problem for two months with no end in sight. Every so-called "fix" requires us to stop working and sit on the phone for them to create "patches". Since their corporate buyout, there is zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero respect for the businesses who depend on them. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for any professional service provider.

We could not receive calls. When I inquired I never received a proper response until my provider indicated Telnet Worldwide was at the root of the service issues and not likely to restore service. Finally a week later, my phone service was totally dead and my provider suggested I choose another phone service. Now I'm having one hell of a time getting my number moved. The requests continue to be denied and I'm unable to get a response as to what specifically is mismatched in my requests that Telnet Worldwide keeps holding my number hostage.

It's been 3 weeks to the day since my phone has worked!!! I asked him to call me back to be sure it's working and to let me see if I could dial out to another number and have that work too. Sure enough, I was able to make an outgoing call too and leave a message . AT&T called me back and again, he could hear me clearly. It seems that it was NOT directly Clear Rate's fault that my phone wasn't working, it was AT&T's equipment that Clear Rate utilizes, that was faulty. In the end, it was AT&T who was dragging their feet not fully inspecting nor fully troubleshooting my problem and kept blaming Clear Rate.

Our family had a phone plan with them for many years however, one day they turned our service off and allowed another company to "take" or "port" our phone number without our consent. We went as far as calling their 8 different phone numbers, emailing 3 different departments within their organization, and chatting with someone via their chat service. Until today, this issue is still not resolved. My elderly family members are very emotionally disturbed over this issue. Many family still hold dear the value of having a home phone number. Went to a location on 14 and John R and they were acting very pushy, they ran out of the tmobile Tuesday item and kept saying but we can give you a free tablet, free phone etc. just didn't like the vibe in there. But I will return to Miguel whenever my mom wants to purchase a phone because the service he gives is the kind of service everyone should serve honestly.

But since I have T-mobile, I don't care about those other stores. Came in today needing to have my 4g fixed on my unlocked Verizon Phone. I guess it's a problem when you have T-mobile and you use a verizon phone. Anyways the girl there was more than happy to help, and it only took her a few minutes at best to get the problem straightened out. I also went here a few months ago to get my a new sim car, and they were very helpful and even offered some employee discounts for me (the employee there may have pulled a few strings). Thanks T-mobile, I swear today if you weren't going to fix my phone I would have switched to Verizon. Kudos!
