The employees need to understand that when they are mumbling data speak to customers, that... 1. The music in the store is too loud and distracting. It's hard to understand you. Don't just tell me stuff. Answer me clearly. 2. I don't speak data speak/T-Mobile speak. Please explain your terms, don't just repeat them. You went to school to learn these terms. I didn't. I'm just a normal guy off the street. 3. Turn off the ringing phone alarms that are signaling a phone is out of place. I know that you are all used to working with phone alarms going off. To me, that is a distraction. 4. Tell me ahead of time that the process is going to take well over two hours. I could have scheduled out the time, instead of being told that I could take a walk and come back later. You would complain if you ordered dinner and then had to wait two hours to be served. That's how I felt. Corporate management needs to train their employees to be more than salesmen and technical advisers. Courtesy and respect would go a long way in bringing back customers.

I can not begin to explain the used car salesman I encountered. Did not pull up the notes that clearly showed the details agreed upon before I came in, but tried to give me a higher monthly payment, insisted on me signing up for internet which was clearly shown would not work in my home and have us get a watch and iPad plan even though I told him multiple times we did not want it. I thought this should have been simple. My wife and I walked out. Called T-Mobile back, signed up for everything on the phone and then picked up our phones at another store. This is an authorized dealer and not a true T-mobile store. Had I not walked out, we would paid $100 more per mo than the plan T-Mobile offered me. Paid an extra $200 for each phone and been signed up for internet that would not have worked ( not available in my area per T-Mobile) Just go to the factory store. If you have shopped at this location, call T-Mobile . They probably ripped you off . Maybe the company can step in and help. This location needs to lose their franchise. Terrible representation of a good company .

I'd been using the hard drive to store ALL of my data after I had this same issue years ago, only with my laptop. Needless to say, losing absolutely everything I have saved is my worst nightmare. I worked directly with Gabe who could not have been more friendly or offered better customer service. He responded to my project request right away and we communicated regularly via text. Gabe answered all of my questions, big and small, throughout the whole process, and communicated clearly and thoroughly (I consider myself to have a basic/intermediate level of understanding technology, but am no expert). What I really appreciated was the transparency given with price quotes, and found that their prices are very reasonable for the service. Since I don't live nearby their shop, I took advantage of the free Uber service they provide to have your device picked up from and delivered back to you. I was incredibly hesitant to give my device, with all of my data on it, to an Uber driver, but Gabe assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that he had means to handle if anything went awry with the delivery. Thankfully this wasn't an issue. I don't know of any other company who offers this service, let alone at no charge. I am delighted and relieved to say that Total Computer Solutions was successful at being able to retrieve almost 100% of my data - the few irretrievable files ended up being not very important to me anyway. They also hold onto your data for 3 weeks post-service as a precautionary measure. I am so grateful I found Total Computer Solutions and now consider myself a loyal customer should I ever need their help again. Thank you, Gabe & the Total Computer Solutions team!
