I just canceled service for my rental toilet. They have not been sending me any invoices to my address, and suddenly I receive a flurry of past due invoices. I was completely unaware of how much they were charging me per month. They are twice as expensive as the previous rental company charged. I spoke with their accounting department to see if they could adjust the bill as I was so shocked at the charges and they would do nothing to help. Beware of this company I will never use them again. read more

American Sanitation has the best prices in the area, but unfortunately the service is terrible. The last TWO times we have rented their port-o-potties, they DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE DELIVERY DAY. We did not receive a phone call either time to let us know & they also do not pick up their "emergency" line that is provided on their voicemail. The first time this happened in Dec 2021, we left voicemails & sent emails and never received a response. And now today, the same thing is happening. What is the point of confirming our order and delivery date? We should have known not to come back again. We have been left at the very last minute without a public restroom for a public event twice now, with no other alternatives in the area who are available. This is extremely unprofessional & disappointing. read more

I used American Sanitation's self-contained, solar-powered two-stall trailer for an event at a park. They were awesome! Professional and responsible people, from first phone call to toilet pickup. My event was a nice-casual event at a park for extended family members, ranging from 5 to 87 years old. The event was scheduled pre-COVID. When I called back to verify my reservation months later, everything was in order. The week of, we arranged a time for delivery and exact meeting place. Delivery was right on time. On the Monday after, they called in the morning to schedule key return and toilet trailer pickup. Again, someone arrived on time and he did what he needed to do with a smile and a thank you. We found AS after realizing we needed to rent bathrooms for our wedding venue in Petaluma. I was shocked at the price at most places and was determined to find something more fairly priced. I was skeptical because of how cheap AS was, but they showed us pictures and were very nice and helpful. We rented the basic restrooms, with a special dleicery time frame. The price was more than competetive. They delivered and picked up right when they were supposed to! Bathrooms were nice and worked great. No complaints! read more

We use multiple sanitation companies depending where our job sites our. We rent several toilets for a week or two at a time so constantly calling to order new toilets and get others picked up. American Sanitation has been polite, friendly, and professional over the phone. The toilets always arrive on time. We haven't had any mishaps, any late deliveries, or any other difficulties. I purchased a new Poly John restroom in early 2020 and was looking for a company to service the restroom. I selected three local providers based on Yelp reviews and contacted each for a quote. I was surprised to find that the provider with the best reviews, American Sanitation, offered by far the lowest price quote for bi-weekly servicing. I have now had bi-weekly service for about 18 months. They have done a consistently excellent job. They come on the same day of the week, every other week. The time of day varies slightly based on the season--a bit later in mid-winter when temps are colder. I am usually around somewhere on the ranch, so I know they come and go quietly, while pumping, cleaning and servicing quickly, without needing any special handling. Billing is automatic and seamless, too. If one can say they are wowed by a sanitation service, then I truly am. Thank you! read more

Had a septic tank emergency, called some septic tank service companies and all couldn't make it until a week later. I called American Sanitation Inc and they were able to come the next morning. Arrived within the time frame i was given. The employee that was sent Ramiro, was able to do the job in less than hour. Next time my septic tank a clean out I'll be calling American Sanitation Inc for sure. read more

Contacted American Sanitation for VIP toilets to be delivered to the site where my daughter is being married. Their prices were more than competitive, and their office staff (Misty) has been very helpful when I have called. When discussing pricing with another company, I was told that "you are having a wedding in the wine country", because I thought that the pricing was high, but with American Sanitation, I did not feel that way, and they recommended a unit that was more conducive to our requirements. We chose the Single VIP Unit for our outdoor graduation party and EVERYONE was impressed with how clean it was and how the unit was solar powered with air conditioning, lighting, a toilet that flushed and a sink to wash hands!
