We told him we needed help with a lap top that would not start up. He said we would have to wait a few minutes. He continued to fill balloons. We stood there patiently for several minutes ( around ten) while he ignored us. Finally I asked another clerk if there was a manager and he pointed to the man filling the balloons. We walked out. I felt he was very rude and that filling balloons was more important than customer service. My advice is that Staples train their managers to understand that customer service is most important. I won't be visiting that store anymore and we took the computer elsewhere for service.

I had met with the owner & he was a great guy, walked me through the mechanics of it & how it happens and then just replaced no questions.
