All I needed to do was trade in my old phone after upgrading to the 14 Pro. Instead of helping me figure out this process, they told me that I would need to call the 1-800 number (which they did not provide me) to "order" a shipping label that could be mailed to me. Since I only had 4 days left to return my phone and was hoping to just do it in store, this didn't work for me. I asked if they could print me a label and/or provide a box. The woman helping me rudely told me no and that I would just have to "figure it out." I knew that wasn't true because someone else on my phone plan was able to receive a labeled box from their T-Mobile store in a different state. I then asked the associate if she recommended going to a different store to try elsewhere. She shut me down, stating that their systems are all the same. Well guess what...she was wrong! I went to the store on Marron Rd where the associates were kind and promptly helped figure out the situation, providing me with a labeled box and walking me through the process. I will never return to the Oceanside Blvd location again. There is no need to treat paying customers like that.
