Well, I was in a second time since I got my new phone the piece of garbage called the Samsung Galaxy S 25+ . I recommend you NOT get this phone. It is known to have voice mail problems. Mine does. I can't do my own voice mail greeting, I don't get any voice mail messages and half the time the phone doesn't ring. I stopped in the first time and the manager told me Vince will help you he is good with all things Samsung. At first visit yes, Vince somehow got my voice mail working, I set up a greeting and the phone rang with all incoming calls. Fast forward about a week and a half guess what? The phone did it all over again. Called AT&T yes, I was outsourced and they guy on the phone was trying to get me a new SIM card and he never did . He said he would call me back never happened. So, I went back to the AT&T store saw Vince who said he did all the steps he could do the last time I saw him and washed his hands like pontius pilate and I walked out. This stores customer service is horrible to say the least. If you are not in the store to buy a new phone you the customer are wasting their time. Laughable to say the least. Without us as customers there would be no AT&T store or company. If you go to this store to ask for help with your phone good luck. Why don't I get a new phone ...because my time to exchange the S25+ expired and I would half to buy a new phone all over again and I am not willing to pay for two phones. I don't need that, but hoping Samsung can help me. Fingers crossed. AT&T once again from you I got BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and it won't be the last !

On each occasion over the years I have always been helped by a brand new employee. It's very frustrating as I simply want to get my new phone and get out of there. Instead I have to sit and wait while the employee asks the manager questions every step of the way. What should take a few minutes takes much longer as the employee is being coached through the process. Two employees helping one customer EVERY time I come in. I think the employees should 100% know how to do a phone upgrade or exchange. I don't appreciate my time being used for training purposes. I probably will avoid this store from now on. This store needs to become a corporate location. The franchised standards at this location are horrible.

He became increasingly creepy as their interaction progressed. He locked the front door, and had my sister go sit in a back room. He had both of her phones (old and new). He became more and more sexual, asking her out and trapping her in an employees only room in the back. She had to fake laugh and fawn her way out of there. It was absolutely traumatizing! She had to return this Sunday to turn over her old phone and was afraid to go alone. Corporate and the police have been notified, and after all this the store manager will not call her back after multiple attempts to contact. The employees refuse to call their manager or give out her (Megan apparently) phone number. The creep IS STILL WORKING THERE! Verizon seems to be completely unconcerned for the safety of their customers. We're definitely switching carriers.

On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.

The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and they've earned my full trust. One thing I especially appreciate is their honesty. For example, they advised me that replacing a battery in an Apple Watch carried a risk of breaking the device. They were completely transparent, and because of that honesty, I chose not to move forward. That kind of integrity is rare. The shop itself is in a very old building and isn't the cleanest environment--there are some strong odors, so I usually drop off and head out quickly because of my allergies. But despite the dated surroundings, the workmanship is top-notch. Pricing is fair and reflects the skill involved. Not "cheap," but absolutely worth it. In November 2025, they charged $15 each to apply screen protectors to brand-new iPad Pros, and the results were flawless--far better than anything I could have done myself. We were happy to pay for such careful work. I would confidently recommend A to Z Wireless to anyone needing reliable, honest, and high-quality repairs.

I worked with Darlene R. on the original setup and purchase, but was overcharged by more than $200.00. I am working with Cricket customer service to get this corrected. Darlene becomes easily upset and somewhat aggressive. Rather than allowing me to explain my position calmly, she raised her voice, continually talked over me, and even requested that I leave the store, threatening to call the police, and mocked me when I called Cricket customer service on a Sunday, saying 'Ha, they're closed on Sunday, now get out before I call the police.' I asked when her supervisor would next be working, but she said she did not know and refused to provide any further information. My only intention upon visiting the Cricket store was to establish a family plan with two lines to start, and at least one more in the near future. I was charged two activation fees for a family plan with two lines on one plan; this is incorrect. In addition, I was supposed to receive a free phone as a new customer coming over from Verizon, but I was charged over $150.00 for the phone alone. Darlene specifically stated that I was given a free charger (among other things), yet I was charged $49.99. She also claimed to have given me a great deal on the two phone cases, but it was only a ten percent discount, and I was charged the balance. By the time I left the Cricket store, I had been charged nearly $700 for a new family plan with two lines. I would have purchased the cases, protective glass, installation, and chargers elsewhere for a much lower price and better service. I refuse to engage in a cat-and-mouse game to track down and speak with the store supervisor, since Darlene claimed she did not know when he would be working next. I have been in contact with Cricket Customer Care on several occasions and have been advised to contact them while in the store, so they can work with the supervisor to facilitate a refund. Cricket Customer Care has fully agreed that I was overcharged and entitled to a refund. This is a very unfortunate situation, as I now must weigh the options of continuing as a Cricket customer, but this is certainly not what I signed up for!
