February 2011 - Post near garage begins to heave…read more 6/17/11 - Gate hinges fall out of a different post which is stripped/split & needs to be replaced. 6/18/11 - Initial call to Beverly Fence -- I'm told by girl who answered the phone that I have a 25 year warranty and that someone will call me back or come out to fix it. 6/22/11 - Follow up call. Told by Dan (the owner) that he'll be out to take a look. Around 7/11/11 - After multiple calls made (no answer) & messages left between 6/22-7/11, Complaint filed with BBB, online reviews initiated. 7/15/11 - Email rec'd from Patrick (new employee in the sales division at Beverly fence) after finding my online review telling me he'd like to be of assistance in resolving the matter. 7/16/11 - Visit from Patrick where he took photos & made assurances he'd do his best to help resolve the matter while commenting that he didn't recognize the (5 year old) hardware as theirs. He's been with the company 3 months. 7/18/11 - Sent an email to Patrick asking if there is any news which was answered with an email from Patrick that I would need to provide paperwork from 2006 proving that they did the fence installation. 7/22/11 - Dan (owner) has a consultation with my mom where she lets him know she has gotten better quotes & expresses concern over using their company because of how my problem is being handled. Dan sends Chris (his brother) over to my house to screw the gate back into the split wood. Gate is screwed in & left with a large gaping area at the bottom. Chris confirms it is, in fact, a Beverly fence & that the posts do need to be replaced. I express my unhappiness to Chris. He apologizes on behalf of the company but says he can only do what Dan tells him to do. Dan drives by after telling my mom he was on his way to my house to "make sure it's been taken care of" ( I was sitting in my car in my driveway & watched him drive by twice), but does not stop or get out of the car because he "does not want to deal with it" (his words to my mom). Dan calls my mom after driving by & tells her "If you sign a contract with me I'll fix your daughters fence". Yes, that is extortion. No further contact since 7/22/11 as of 8/3/11

Day 1 they took the old fence down, day2 they started to work and then there was a shower which last about 30 minutes they left their tools all over the yard and left for the day which was more than half the day never to return. day 3 they never show up, bags of dirt and tool scattered all over the yard and the yard still not secured, day 4 they showed up set the post and poured some concrete put the fence up but no gates so yard still unsecure tools still in yard, day5 finally put up the gates and put the lock on the back gate opposite of the right way, the concrete was pour to fill the hole by the post and just dumped the concrete in the hole without leveling out smoothing it out it looked like crap. l called to complain came back out a couple of days later took the concrete out and put new concrete but still little effort to level and smooth it out. The crew that showed up were a waste, very unprofessional sloppy work. They left one of the caps off the back gate still waiting for a cap whoever worked on the gate just left it off never brother to put it on. I told alex that l was going to pay the full price for sloppy work told me he give me a hundred off the bill, you got to be kidding me follow my advice and go some were else
