I asked when I could expect the fence to be installed I was told the were 5 or 6 weeks out. I told them I would like the fence to be installed by Memorial Day he said I think we may be able to do that, Memorial Day came and went, and I heard nothing. I called the first week in June and was informed they had no order for me after having charged my credit card, I hung up and got a different person and she said the order was there. The next week I got a voice mail that my fence was in production and would be installed soon. The day the installation started was a real surprise as no one had informed me of the installation and the installers never rang the bell and the cherry on the top was it appeared no one spoke or understood English. I was sure that sometime during the day I would see someone close to the person that did the estimate that Never happened, I could have gone to a home depot parking lot and hired these workers myself and paid them a whole lot less, I was not satisfied with the whole job and it took me another 3 weeks to get someone out to halfway clean up the mess they made of my yard. The fence sits above the ground and anything can come and go as it feels. I'm just frustrated with this company. Use them at your own risk.

In the end, we are unable to work together because we are outside of their coverage zone. I do think this is a business that cares greatly about their customers and providing quality service. I admire that even when a mistake is made they take the feedback and do what they can to make things right. I am sad that we can not work together, given all their awesome work for fellow Yelpers, but if you are in their service area I would recommend giving them a call.

February 2011 - Post near garage begins to heave…read more 6/17/11 - Gate hinges fall out of a different post which is stripped/split & needs to be replaced. 6/18/11 - Initial call to Beverly Fence -- I'm told by girl who answered the phone that I have a 25 year warranty and that someone will call me back or come out to fix it. 6/22/11 - Follow up call. Told by Dan (the owner) that he'll be out to take a look. Around 7/11/11 - After multiple calls made (no answer) & messages left between 6/22-7/11, Complaint filed with BBB, online reviews initiated. 7/15/11 - Email rec'd from Patrick (new employee in the sales division at Beverly fence) after finding my online review telling me he'd like to be of assistance in resolving the matter. 7/16/11 - Visit from Patrick where he took photos & made assurances he'd do his best to help resolve the matter while commenting that he didn't recognize the (5 year old) hardware as theirs. He's been with the company 3 months. 7/18/11 - Sent an email to Patrick asking if there is any news which was answered with an email from Patrick that I would need to provide paperwork from 2006 proving that they did the fence installation. 7/22/11 - Dan (owner) has a consultation with my mom where she lets him know she has gotten better quotes & expresses concern over using their company because of how my problem is being handled. Dan sends Chris (his brother) over to my house to screw the gate back into the split wood. Gate is screwed in & left with a large gaping area at the bottom. Chris confirms it is, in fact, a Beverly fence & that the posts do need to be replaced. I express my unhappiness to Chris. He apologizes on behalf of the company but says he can only do what Dan tells him to do. Dan drives by after telling my mom he was on his way to my house to "make sure it's been taken care of" ( I was sitting in my car in my driveway & watched him drive by twice), but does not stop or get out of the car because he "does not want to deal with it" (his words to my mom). Dan calls my mom after driving by & tells her "If you sign a contract with me I'll fix your daughters fence". Yes, that is extortion. No further contact since 7/22/11 as of 8/3/11

We hired Skyline to replace our wooden backyard fences (fences that flank both sides of our property) with steel/wood privacy fences. The entire experience was handled very professionally. The process started with Ramiro, the owner and leader, visiting us to ask about/listen to what we wanted in a fence. Ramiro spent a fair amount of time with us to ensure full understanding of what the project would entail. Within a few days, Ramiro provided a fair estimate. Based on the reviews we read about his team's work and on our initial experience with Ramiro, we hired Skyline Metal Fabrication. Within a reasonable time frame (about 8 weeks in our case), Ramiro and the Skyline Metal Fabrication team was on site to start work. We found the entire crew to be friendly, considerate, conscientious, expedient, professional and hard-working. The team always accommodated our need to let our dog in the back yard to do her business without a hitch. They arrived on time and stayed until they completed what they needed to accomplish each day. They were also careful to clean up at the end of each day. Within five working days, our steel/wood privacy fence was complete. The work is of the highest quality, as the team focused on every detail, spending the time it took to ensure a beautiful result. We are particularly pleased with the excellent craftsmanship of the ornamental lattice work that tops our privacy fence. We can't recommend the Skyline team highly enough.
