After getting several quotes and recommendations, I went with Michael Kelly, owner of Mr. Fence, to remove the 60 ft long wood fence used to separate 2 adjacent properties and replace it with a more economical chain link fence. I chose Michael because he was responsive and willing to readjust his work schedule to meet my short time frame. His pricing was also very fair and competitive for the scope of work. After the site visit and getting his formal quote, Michael and his crew was able to start work within 2 days on a Saturday. David did a great job in removing the wood fence, installing the new support posts in concrete, and cleaning up afterwards on the first day. Michael came 2-3 days later after the concrete had time to fully cure to install the chain link to the support posts and install a new gate. Throughout the process, Michael was open and accommodating to my thoughts and ideas to ensure the finished product met my expectations. He also helped me with some related minor "handyman" type repairs that was well beyond his scope of work which were much appreciated. Michael made sure the work was done right and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Mr. Fence for your big or small fencing needs. Mr. Fence has become my preferred fence company and I have no hesitation in simply calling them and using them again.

My neighbors had a garage that was demolished. The garage gave an illusion that my yard was completely fenced in. After a couple of years, I finally reached out to Top Line Fence. Being a retired project manager, they are considered a little costly to me. It cost $1300 just to install 25 linear ft of Cedar Wood. Initially, they quoted me $1400. I was able to negotiate with Gary, the estimator, and received $100 off for essentially being a returning customer. Gary, the office staff, and the technicians are all upbeat, cheerful, and with great customer service. The techs that came out were surprised with a bee hive I didn't know was present. I thought the work would be delayed and that I'd have to call a local bee hive remover. The guys instead went to Home Depot and purchased out of their own pocket, whatever they needed to get rid of it. That was superb! The fence smells and looks great. I can't wait until it's weathered like the others. My only reason for giving four stars is because they're not up to date with technology. I would've preferred paying through an online link and using docusign. I had to drive way up north to pay in person because I don't give my credit or debit information over the phone. Otherwise, quality work, and it was done in one trip. I plan on using them again for the front yard.
