Original: The two people who came to my house today were so so so polite and respectful. I was really grateful for that. This was my first time using a cleaning company and I was nervous. My home wasn't particularly gross (at least not in my opinion) but I was just anxious about it and really wanted a thorough deep cleaning of all the nooks and crannies in my house. They worked hard for 3 solid hours, although I was expecting 3.5 because that's what I was told I was paying for. I got the "deep cleaning" package and was expecting a thorough scrub of my baseboards, windows, blinds, trim, dusting, mopping, etc. They tried to tackle most of those things but I felt that the online description of the deep cleaning package was misleading. Online it said the oven would be cleaned, the blinds, the windows. I don't think the blinds and windows were done, at least it didn't seem like it. Oven was definitely not cleaned. I had to ask for some of the baseboards to be done as well. The dusting wasn't great. I ran my fingers over multiple surfaces in my home after they left and they hadn't been cleaned. Like I said, they worked hard for 3 hours, so it's not like they didn't get to those things on purpose. Maybe my expectations weren't reasonable. I might need to go with the design with time package in the future to really get exactly what I want done. I will say that the convenience of scheduling and communication from the business was spot on. The owner himself did a virtual walk through of my home and communicated with me from the moment I booked. I'd recommend them as a recurring cleaning service if you just need a touch up now and again or maybe you're injured/just had a baby/etc. and need help with the usual. As for deep cleaning, maybe go with the design with time package and pin point certain things that you are really picky about.

He came out as requested and gave fair estimates for both drywall work, replacement stairs, and ceiling work. He even came out a second time to give an estimate for some replacement siding. The drywall crew consisted of two guys who spent a few days working on a small section in the basement, they made sure to make things look their best and did a decent job cleaning up each night. They were polite and always listening to my feedback. 5 stars there. The siding guy came out and replacement some cedar shakes on the side of the house that were missing from an old deck removal. He did a great job and cleaned up the worksite very nice. I was impressed with the speed. Again 5 stars. Jim himself came out for the ceiling work, he did a great job hooking up the electric and making sure the panels lined up to the existing grid. Again 5 stars. My only gripe was the billing, Their online system worked, but I think some deposits I made were just lost. Regardless they eventually took care of it... so updating my review to reflect this. He was very good about communicating when he would be at our house (it was a two-day project), how much time he would need, etc. He was up front about pricing and gave us a fair estimate that wound up being the exact final cost. He came each day prepared with the materials he needed. He was super pleasant, respectful of our house, great with our dogs (who are very friendly and curious) and worked quickly.
