Dale, Jesse, and the office staff were professional and informative in all their communications (email, in person, phone). The crew's results showed that they worked carefully around internet cables, ornaments, etc., and cleaned up well. One part of the contract wasn't quite done, but a quick email from me had them out within a day to finish the job. I understand lawn service rates vary greatly, but based on this and my history with Moyers, they provide a good value. Recommend!

I contracted with Moyers a few days ago to have a Green Emerald Arborvitae installed in my front yard and also signed up for general yard clean-up, to include weeding and mulching and planting of ground cover. (I have a rather large backyard that consists of lawn, hardscaping, and a lengthy blue gravel driveway. The yard also features a 5' W x 50' L raised garden bed planted with various dwarf evergreens trees and deciduous plants. It is a lot of yard and I find it next to impossible to keep it looking neat and orderly.) The Moyers landscaping team, led by Danny, arrived on the exact day and time promised (no rescheduling on their end; what a blessing in this day and age). I watched the team working from my windows and could not believe how hardworking and efficient they were. The crew was absolutely dedicated to the work at hand and cut no corners. In short, they exceeded my every expectation. On Day 2, I was greeted at my door by Danny for the walk through of the completed work. I couldn't believe my eyes. I am not exaggerating when I say that my yard was transformed. I was so bowled over that I became emotional -- to the point of tears, and I do not cry easily. Needless to say, I will hire them again and have even signed on for their Platinum Lawn Maintenance Program. In my experience, Moyers is top notch -- but don't take my word for it. Unfortunately, at the start of summer 2026 it was clear that the drains could not handle heavier summer rains. One of the drains had water gushing out of the cleanup valve (photo). The follow-up communication with Emerald was underwhelming. They declined to help me troubleshoot the issue unless I paid a $98 site visit fee. Instead, they proposed additional work to rectify the issue without acknowledging that the work was not completed correctly in the first place. Their "proposal" is comical- it looks like something my 5 year old would draw (photo). I've since redone the work myself with a drain that is properly sloped. I've also included photos of a leaky downspout they would not acknowledge along with an upgrade I did myself with $50 in parts from Home Depot.

Yes I've texted him numerous times every time he says Yep, he'll have it to me next week. Yeah you'll have it to me this week. Yes it's coming and it never comes. It never ever comes so. It's just so sad because I did really like him when I met him and I do not have a very good good experiences history with contractors and I thought he was different but of course I think every single person I hire is different right I'm just a complete fool. I do not recommend this company. Maybe if you know you have $150,000 job maybe you'll get better attention I don't know.

I setup an appointment with the other contractor and they no-call no-showed. I'm glad they did, because Jon contacted me a few days later apologizing for the delayed response on Yelp and asked if I could continue the conversation via email(hence my original note in this review). There was a princess tree or something of that nature that sprouted up last year and needed to go as it was getting out of control, my wife wanted weeds removed, washed rocks, and peonies in front. In the back we also finally decided to finish our walkway with flagstone. Jon was great to work with, responding to both texts and emails for verifications and changes throughout the process and pricing was competitive. Very happy with the end result and how quickly Jon and his team were able to finish everything. I highly recommend Bio Rich Green Care and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
