They are so completely unreliable. If you have to travel like I do and attend meetings and training sessions, you're just going to end up embarrassed, when they just decide to stop working for reasons unknown. When you stop by the store, they put on a big show, but they never really explain any of the technical issues that could be occurring. They just hand you back the hearing aids, tell you to stop by in a few months. Unfortunately in about a weeks time the units have issues. It's just on going with these things. They told me at one point the units were collecting ear wax. I purchased the cleaning device for approximately two hundred dollars. No change, no help. I contacted the company, and their response was to send me a PDF user's manual that doesn't even address the issue of units that don't operate. The manual only addresses paring issues. So to anyone considering this product, I would have to strongly urge you to explore other options. I'm currently out of the country on business, and I have to stop by a local hearing center, and try to get fitted for something, because these things decided to stop working. This was an Eight Thousand dollar rip off. Don't end up like me.

I get a call in the late afternoon the day before that they are cancelling my appointment with no explanation other than claiming they had no insurance information which they in fact already did. I suppose you have to read English to understand the entries so I'm out luck. I would never consider using this service, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. This company obviously does not take your time seriously.
