When shopping for a mattress in Lansing ask for Ron or Frank for great service. I have purchased 2 TEMPUR-PEDIC Mattress wth their assistance. Both were to replace TEMPUR-PEDICS that we purchase 20 years ago. While I knew the brand & firmness I wanted, when I explained my back problems, Ron suggested an adjustable base. I took extra time testing the most relaxing positions, I have used it for the last 4 months and can say in all honesty that it is effective in reliving back pain without the side effects of medication. On my second trip just this week, I was purchase a mattress for a 92 year old couple explained their needs and the financial limits and again Ron and Frank moved bases and mattress until I was sure that each of the couple could get in and out of bed easily and sleep comfortably on their new TEMPUR-PEDICURE. When we walked into Metro Mattress we weren't sure what we really wanted to purchase...we just knew we wanted a new bed. Well the associate, Emma Schenck came over to us with a smiling face and was such a pleasure to have her show us several different types of mattresses to lay on. She was very polite and never rushed us or anything. We definitely would recommend her to assist in whoever is looking to upgrade their beds.
