Well, after my HP Laptop was in need of repair after only 11 months (still in warranty) I went to Best Buy concord after the hp website referred me there as an authorized repair center. ( one day lost). So I made an appointment for the next day. I was then informed that they don't do repairs there as it had to be sent out and it would take 2-3 weeks. Then he informed me that it would cost me a minimum of $85 for shipping and handling ... but it is a warranty repair! Deaf ears ( second day lost) I immediately left shaking my head. I called Amazon, where I bought it. After it was determined by HP that it was not in warranty as it was purchased through an Amazon reseller, Amazon quickly satisfied me by providing me a complete refund even after 11 months!!!! This seems to be a common problem among those who posted a review. My laptop just wasn't charging and I was getting an error message on my screen. Anthony Russo helped me by experimenting with several cords he had and he concluded it was the box of my charger that was bad. Fortunately he had one that worked for my laptop. He was able to diagnose and give me a new cord in less than half hour for $30. I'm glad to finally get this fixed. Anthony Russo has a kind demeanor and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him with any computer problems you have. The business is located on the 2nd floor of the building and even though there is supposedly a garage nearby, I was able to find street parking and fed the meter (4 quarters for half hour).

I had completely disassembled my $400 HP printer, put it back together and something went wrong and the screen wouldn't light up. They're not only found the tiny wire inside a very, very small cable that I have broken, they showed me a picture of it and gave me a complete tutorial. then they went on to explain why my printer wasn't working anymore. It had smeared printing because over five years, I've been using aftermarket toner on an HP printer. I then asked for a recommendation on a high volume printer for home use. That's in between category between home desktop and large office printers. They said they didn't know but they researched it and called me back a couple of days later with really excellent advice I took and purchased the printer they recommended! Then one day I was nearby installed a large projection system and didn't have a long enough power cable. I went in and explained and they gave me a 10 foot power cable for free. But most important these people are are very friendly as well as mean technical experts... But very humble about it and they really listen care about the customers. Wow!
