My car broke down near i680 off of bernal and i was literally in a bad spot to the right shoulder. I called my insurance provider Geico for a tow and informed them that i was in a dangerous spot. They said Metro Towing from Livermore was coming within 30 min. They should up exactly on time and they took care of my and my vehilce within minutes to get us out of the danger zone. My 17 year old daughter woke up one morning to go to school, and her car would not start. She called me crying saying she did not know what was wrong with her car or what to do. I called Metro Towing. The driver Ramzi called me to inform me he was in route, and arrived quickly to take care of business. The car was in a driveway, so Ramzi could not just latch onto the car and tow away. He had to go through several careful steps to get the car out of the driveway, so that he could get the car onto his truck. He took pictures and sent to me, to update me on the progress, which I really appreciated. I did not want my daughter's car getting damaged, and Ramzi made sure that didn't happen. Once the car was on the truck, Ramzi called me to inform me, which I really appreciated! He got my daughter's car safely to the Honda dealership, where it was repaired the next day, so my daughter was only out one day without her car. A happy daughter, is a happy dad. My wife went to pickup our daughter from school then I got a call from her. She complained she can't turn the steering wheel in her car, car's engine is running but car doesn't move and dashboard flashing as a Christmas Tree (later appeared to be dead alternator and as result later battery was also off). Link told me that towing car should arrive at 4:56pm. At the same time I called Lexus dealership and told them I'm planning to bring my broken car for repair. They told me that I have to bring it until 6pm. As you understand, every minute was a matter for me. At 4:55pm I spotted a towing car was approaching the place where I waited. This when I met Alen.
