My car died in my son's garage. Car company sent Metro Towing to pick up my car. When Omar showed up, we requested him to jump start my car first to see if the issue could be just a dead battery. He did. After several tries in vain, he towed my car. Watching him, we must admit he is really a pro to in our case - an all wheel drive car with completely locked doors, trunks and without access to the steering wheel. I locked my keys in the car one too many times. My roadside assistance was zero help at all. I needed my keys to drive my car, and I needed them fast! I requested a quote on Yelp and was told they could be there in 30 mins. The price would be $50. That's the best price and the shortest time I had come across after searching all over the internet! We called metro towing as for towing it was the most affordable. Tower came exactly in the time frame which was said. Which was really appreciated. Driver was also very nice and courteous. There are a couple of things. 1) he was not wearing a mask, which as an employee he should be. It wasn't that big of an issue for me as I was standing a couple feet from him. 2) he charged us before towing, only for him to offer to jump start our car afterwards The car worked after that, so it would have been nice if he had tried to jumpstart before charging. Overall I wouldn't be as disappointed if we had paid for a jumpstart instead of towing ( which wasn't done) read more

Thanks to Amir for reaching the towing location on time and onboarding the car on to the tow truck with utmost care. Our Tesla suddenly went unresponsive and was parked in the garage locked with lots of items surrounded around it. On top of that our car is an all wheel drive so none of the wheels would cooperate moving the car out.
