So my experience is, I will NEVER use this company. We set up a tow through Geico, Metro was the second truck to come out because the first truck was not equipped, so Geico went with Metro. When he got here, he hit our corner post on the chain link fence, luckily my partner was there to stop him. He finally gets situated but he first said he wanted to jump the battery, it's a hybrid car and we didn't want it jumped because of possible damages electronically, since it seems to be a electric shifting issue. My partner told him she would prefer not doing that, we were told that wheel dollys or skates could at least get it up on the bed, AND THEN HOPPED IN HIS TRUCK AND LEFT!!!! SERIOUSLY, NO EXPLANATION, JUST LEFT!!!! Good thing we were at our house and not stranded somewhere on the freeway or isolated country road....the THIRD tow company came out, REALLY nice, exlained what procedure he was going to do to get it on the truck with the skates and WALLAA, we got to the dealership!!!! I would love to recommend the company but im not a total jerk....THIS ACTION IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Look elsewhere, just my advice read more

I called around 5:30AM and driver arrival time was around 7AM which was pretty quick considering the time of day. The tow truck arrived on time as promised. There was no hassle and great customer service.

My vehicle had died on me and so I called Metro towing in Manteca to get a tow back to work. It was a rainy day but that didn't stop Alex from showing up and doing such a great job from making sure the vehicle was securely shut and on the tow. He had to jump start the battery multiple of times to make sure we were able to close all of the windows. Even though it was raining Alex was getting on the wet ground to make sure everything was mounted correctly. Once we reached the destination he continues to help and make sure the vehicle was placed in the correct area, again having to jump start the car to be able to move it.
