The lady said she would try and remove the item if possible if not then we might have to completely replace the piece. She said it could take about 30 minutes, she was gone maybe 5 min. As we walked around the shop there were so many cute items and offered more than just your typical phone/electronic accessories, really cute hand bag and earrings. She was able to remove the broken piece and fix the iPad. It was such a reasonable price and quick service. I believe she was the owner I would highly recommend using this business. We will definitely be coming back not just for repairs.

Before even confirming whether the phone I was interested in was in stock (it wasn't), my plan was already switched over and completed. On top of that, two extra lines were added to my account without my approval, increasing my bill for no valid reason. What should have been a simple visit took nearly two hours, and I then had to spend another hour on the phone with customer service just to have the unauthorized lines removed. This felt deceptive and completely avoidable. I would strongly advise being extra cautious when dealing with this location and reviewing all changes to your account before leaving the store. Value is pretty good - mostly when you're watching the deals. It is difficult to buy any of the full price items when they run ads frequently, so recommend you set a notification or check in if you have time to buy what you're looking for. Recently I came in (last Thursday) and ended up talking with the staff about pokemon cards I was buying for my kids bday. They were super helpful, friendly, and taught me a few things that I've shared with my kiddos. Clean store and easy parking. The Bronze star area has some good stores. Recommend.
